How can you not absolutely love this arena To think that that it used to be a JCPenney's is mind-boggling. They've done an amazing job and I can see how this is going to make a huge difference to their downtown. North Iowa is very lucky to have had this opportunity and have done what they did. It's always a fun environment and I know other teams that have come here are impressed with the arena as well. Way to go Mason City!

A+ service dog experience. As they should, staff completely ignored my service. [full disclosure: it was during a NI Bulls service dog organization fundraiser.] Good placement of disability seating.

Great staff! Asked a question that staff didn't know the answer to. She DID NOT point us in the direction of where someone might be that might know the answer. She stopped prepping the SW concession stand and went and found somebody that knew. I wish I knew her name to give proper credit.

It's a small arena which means everyone is close to the action. Great layout right down to the close proximity placement of the men's and women's bathrooms.

I've been to eight different hockey games, since the arena has opened. Every time, a great experience. The Bulls usually win as well, so that doesn't hurt at all! For a city this size, the arena is an excellent venue. Something to be proud of.

It was a great time we ice skated after the game for free and only $5 for the rental ice skates and we skated until like ten it was realy fun you could meet with the players on the ice and was just really fun time awesome for family

I spend countless hours here every week. Beautiful arena, definitely one of the nicest in the midwest. A few complaints would be that the water in the bathroom sinks is so cold it makes me want to not wash my hands after I pee, unless there's a large event and they are getting lots of use.. Cleaning is also pretty sub-par always food and other stuff left all over the place. For the last three years there has been pheeces smeared on the walls in all three of the concourse men's restrooms. Arena went cashless this year, which is a bit of a pain so I probably won't go to as many games if my kids aren't involved.

Award winning multipurpose arena! Host to Mason City Youth Hockey and North Iowa Bulls Hockey teams, North Iowa Figure Skating Association and more! This state of the art facility seats over 2000 people for ice events, and nearly 4000 for concerts.

Great place but it's so cold, and I mean that obviously a factor with an ice rink. However this one is much cooler than the other arenas we had played all year. I recommend being a blanket just incase. Otherwise we really did love it, plenty of space for the teams, very friendly staff.

Great first visit. Would definitely do this again. Worth the money and concessions were very affordable. The staff were involved and made an effort to assure this was a fun experience.
