Inventory non existent anymore. Drove over for welding rod, none on the shelf, what little they had was the same that was on the shelf a few months back. Other items we use, were on empty shelves.

Very helpful, and very considerate of what would be the closest place for us to pick up supplies from them or one of their dealers. Basically saved us 2 hours of driving by making sure that we had the correct information! A blessing to do business with folks like this!

Very bad experiences on multiple occasions. Our company used Matheson Redoak for a few years. In that time they made frequent billing mistakes, but never in our favor. We were constantly billed for products and services we never received or used. On the last occasion, we asked for a credit back on our account for over $300 of tank rentals, which we have never once rented a single tank. Their response was, "TOO BAD". They refused to credit our account and accused us of not supporting them with 100% of our purchases. This is after recently purchasing a $4000 bandsaw, a $4000 plasma cutter, thousands $ in consumables, supplies, and gases. We will never be doing business with Matheson again.
