I went shopping today in need of a new Mattress. I decided to go Mattress Firm again. I had bought 2 mattresses in the last 6 years. Maggie helped me today & showed me a few or more mattreses. She was very good at her job. I asked her many questions & she answered all of them . I made a decision & was very happy with service. Mattress will come Tuesday& excited about that. Maggie was a great employee& will recommend her to anyone who needs a Mattress.

Jason took his time with us. We initially had talked with Brad but he was needed at a different store. Jason helped us define our needs and took his time explaining the difference between the final selections we choose to go with. Brad was incredibly helpful and friendly. No pressure felt with the purchase, which I appreciated. Bed was delivered two days later, and for a reasonable fee, they hauled our old mattress out and set our new one up. They were in and out in maybe 5 minutes. Maggie gave us the best customer service we have had in a long time. She listened as we described what we were looking for and showed us several options and explained everything about each mattress.
