Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. The Recruiters are horrible. They’re very young and inexperienced. The company is very unorganized. You’re unable to speak with a manager to get clarification on things and streamline the process. I applied to Maxim over a month ago. completed onboarding documents. No one ever called me, so I decided to follow up. We discussed what I wanted in terms of hrs. I explained that I’m very flexible and open to full or part time, preferably with one or two clients. I was told they would get back with me once they had a client for me. This kinda struck me as odd, considering she didn’t even discuss or try to arrange my orientation. Weeks go by with no call from them, so again I called them. The recruiter then goes on to say she was going to call me because her supervisor thinks there’s a conflict of interest with my previous job. She asked a few questions about if I ever discharged patients to Maxim before. I explained that I haven’t. I expressed that I work as a unit manager for a long term care facility for residents that reside there long term. She said, ok, you should be fine. She said she’d let her supervisor know. I’m thinking all is good. More weeks go by, and again no call or txt from them, so I reached out to follow up per usual. The recruiter again started asking me more questions about my resume and talking about a possible conflict of interest, that absolutely does not exist! She puts me on hold to speak directly to the supervisor, as she stated “this is all very confusing.” After a long hold, she returns to the phone and tells me that unfortunately, I cannot speak with a supervisor and that they will be unable to move forward. Completely wasting weeks of my time. The supervisor handled this very unprofessionally. Would not even speak with me regarding his concerns, so that I could provide clarity.

Sadly, I agree with the other one star reviews. The Recruiter ‘s are awful…. The communication is lacking. Nobody knows anything and it takes forever to find out when you get a start date… they are very shady when it comes to the hourly rate that is being offered. They won’t give you a contract to sign unless you ask for it… come to think of it I never even signed a contract! I would definitely say avoid this nursing agency, especially the one in blue Ash Oh

My husband and I were contacted by this company to set up home care for my stepson. We even referred a wonderful nurse to them whom had worked for us for years. They hired her, we waited 5 weeks to hear about getting in home care setup, got the run around, and finally heard from the nurse we had referred that Maxim was not picking up our case. They were rude, did not communicate, and now we have have to start the process over again to find another company.

I went into this shit hole of a place no one was around so I rang the bell and literally a woman came out looked at me and literally turned the other way and didn’t acknowledge me, so I left!
