The staff does what they can to get you in and out as fast as possible. Given the issues with their computer systems always down or slow, I can see why some review's would be bad. There's always something funny happening, that makes my day.

Must have a military I.D.to pass thru gate onto the base. Which I did not have. There is a Visitor Center just outside of the gate.
