If I could give 0 stars I would!
DO NOT GO HERE!

The staff (tonight) was unprofessional young children whom lack customer service and clearly don’t know how to do their jobs. The manager APRIL, worst of them all. An incident happened that could have easily been avoided (had they actually done their job correctly) to which an employee there also told me “they could have just voided it and re did the order” smh. THAT EASY!!!? But the staff and manager APRIL decided it was more entertaining for them to cause issues and watch it escalate, calling in higher powers which initially hurt them more because they told us to file a complaint on them! Mind you, this was all happening with a toddler present!
And let’s not forget to mention that almost the entire staff was just hanging around watching this go down NOT WORKING, and while none of them had the courage to say a word while I was there one little boy thought it was cute to yell, “don’t come back!”
Hiring unmotivated, careless, immature, and reckless children/adults does nothing but hurt this franchise. I have heard more bad stories than good about this location, so, some advice from an OLD customer here, throw this whole staff away and start fresh, correctly this time!

Ordered 1 hamburger, can't even put a pickle on, cost over $2.00. I agree with the other person, don't bother coming in to work, if you can't even complete a simple hamburger order. Guess the manager didn't show up today!! Apparently life is much harder for some than others, simple order!!

I would give zero stars if I could with the drive through service I just received. Person was very rude. I left with completing my order. If you don't want to work don't go.

This McDonald's needs to get their act together. I'm getting tired of missing or incorrect orders. This McDonald's needs better crew and management big time. Not only do mess up orders but they are also extremely slow. Please who ever owns this McDonald's, please get this McDonald's on the right track, or give it up to someone Compedent to run it.

Is it ok to discuss your customers and laugh into their faces?! If you made mistake in order you should fix it! But workers neglect and mock of their customers! Worst service I ever had!
The situation happened today at 5.50 pm. I ask management to do something with it!
