This was the easiest transaction for a trailer we have ever done. We traveled from Texas to this dealer. The entire way, Keith and everyone else involved made the transaction seamless. They were quick to respond to any inquiries I had that was important to our decision process. They gave us a fair amount for our trade and ultimately the bottom line was the best we could find anywhere in the US. Their certified tech who gave us the walk through and answered all of our questions was super friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We really felt like after a long drive, they provided the service we needed to have full confidence in our purchase decision. I highly recommend you consider this dealership for any RV needs, even if you have to travel 2 days to meet them!

We made contact with Ryan when we were looking online for a new 5th wheel. He was helpful with any questions we had and replied in a timely manner. After our purchase, he worked with the service department to get the items that we needed to have fixed. Tim in service was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the walkthrough when we picked our camper up. Since we were over 4 hours away, I did need to contact Keystone directly to have our microwave replaced, but overall, everyone at McKee was great to work with!

Mark Drahas, Service Manager, has our extreme gratitude! We drove 3-1/2 hours to purchase a Thor Super C motor home from McKee in the Spring of 2023. When it became time to have some warranty work completed they were very easy to work with and did an excellent job. A big thank you to Mark Drahas for his persistence in getting the matter resolved. We recently stopped by McKee RV in Perry, Iowa to see the floor plan of a class A that we saw on line, but wanted to see it in person. They showed a new ‘23 Holiday Rambler with that floor plan. We LOVED it! It’s just what we’ve been looking forward. We had a ‘24 Entegra class C 29V to trade. We were helped in our purchase by Jim Anderson and we can’t say enough how great the experience was! When we picked up our new home on wheels, it was spotless! Everything sparkled. We were given a 2 hour orientation on every aspect of the RV and came home with no questions left unanswered. It’s been one of the very best RV buying experiences in our many decades of camping.

Everything we experienced was above and beyond. Randy, our salesman, was very accommodating, even came in on his day off to take care of us. Very friendly staff and did a thorough job of familiarizing us with the use of our motorhome.

Well, the above was before sale, the added pictures show the refrigerator they installed coming out of the wall. There was nothing but weatherstripping holding the refrigerator in place. After several calls to McKee saying that they would have service contact me I haven’t heard a thing. It seems they are guilty of the same crap as the big RV shops. When I upgrade they won’t be on my list.
