Marissa exceeded our expectations and more.
We selected the month of coordination package. Marissa was extremely responsive, personable, and organized from beginning to end. She stayed in constant contact with us which made things a lot easier for us. She reviewed our vendor contracts, contacted all vendors, and even gave us great ideas on how to save some money within the contracts.

The day of the wedding we were completely relaxed because we knew and trusted Marissa would execute our dream wedding, which she did. If we could give more than 5 starts for this review, we would. It was nothing but a positive experience, working with Marissa and her team.

My husband and I knew right away that we were going to need a wedding coordinator as busy as we were. We were so happy that we connected with Meant 2 Bee Events! Marissa helped us every step of the way and beautifully designed our wedding from head to toe. We had a huge wedding, we talking about 400 guests. We would not have been able to enjoy the day with out Marissa and her team there. I highly recommend them, especially if you are thinking of having a big wedding. I love the fact that the team kept us in line the day of the wedding which ultimately helped with the flow of events and timeline. My husband and I are eternally grateful for Marissa and her team. Marissa and her team were absolutely incredible! She is detail oriented and will give her honest opinion when you need one. A month before my wedding I was so relaxed because I knew Marissa and her team had everything handled. On my wedding day, she didn’t let me worry about a thing. She set up everything, took down everything, and still made sure to ask me if I needed anything. I don’t know how she does it all, but my day wouldn’t have been perfect without her.

Marissa at Meant 2 Bee Events was absolutely amazing to work with. We did her month of coordination package and it was just what we needed! She met us to do our walk through at the venue and we had several zoom sessions with her to go over everything. She was very flexible throughout the process. Marissa was unbelievably helpful and organized on the day of the wedding while also not seeming like she's rushing you and still seeming like a friend. I was told for weeks after how well I did with picking my vendors, Marissa being one of them. As I was dancing the night away, she was packing everything up so once the wedding was over, our cars were being packed up for us and we were able to leave. Thank you Marissa for making our dream wedding go as smoothly as possible, we could not do it without you 🙂

Meant2Bee went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding. Leading up to the big day Marissa and her team were always willing yo answer any questions and were super attentive to all details! Marissa was so patient and kind throughout the experience and was so helpful with my family and bridal party during our rehearsal! This takes us to the wedding day… We had rain, thunder, lightning, and a MASSIVE hail storm! Somehow through all this, we never stressed or batted an eye because Meant2Bee had everything taken care of from ceremony change, decor set up, decorating our cake, and even having to squeegee our reception area to avoid flooding! All the while doing it with a smile on their faces and making sure my husband and I were happy and taken care of. We forever owe the beauty and ease of our wedding to Meant2Bee! I hired Marissa as my month of coordinator, and let me put it this way, as a control freak party planner that I am, she put every concern, every want and need as a priority and put my expectations at the ultimate priority from start to finish, when I first met Marissa I had no idea what to expect from a month of coordinator, she was thorough, very detailed, and basically told me (without actually telling me), this isn’t my first rodeo so trust the process and I did just that, when I hired her I never looked back, she made my day one to remember, it was perfection from start to finish, she went over and above, was on point with all the time frames and made sure that every request from myself and my husband were met at all times, keep us fed and hydrated and made sure a smile never left our faces! She is sooo incredibly personable not only with us but our guests, she has the best personality, works so well under pressure, kept me calm and made sure I embraced my wedding day to the absolute fullest, she is such a beautiful light inside and out! When I say this I mean it, I don’t think anyone could top her in the Northern California region! She is soooo talented and talk about a pro at what she does! I got to see first hand why she loves what she does and why this is her profession! Marissa, thank you for making our day one to remember it was so perfect and organized, we had so many compliments and I owe it to you for all of your hard works, dedication and love that you showed on our day! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! We appreciate you! Can’t wait to plan another big event one day, we hope you never stop doing this so we can hire you again! You are truly an inspiration, so fun, such a beautiful soul and we adore you!
