I went there for my birthday on Sunday. I only got the cheese and chocolate fondue. I have to say that they were delicious. My only problem is they don’t fill the pot up enough with the cheese or with the chocolate. If you want more, you pay more, I had to get two cheese fondue’s since I wasn’t getting the meats. I know some other places will fill up the pot almost all the way. I understand that inflation is going on but we are paying a lot of money for the food as it is, so I feel like the portion size of the cheese and chocolate fondue could definitely be a lot more. Other than that, everything tasted really good. The waitress was really nice and good. The atmosphere is great. I love this place. I just hope that you take these reviews into consideration. Thank you so much for my chocolate strawberry birthday gift. It was cute how they decorated my plate to say happy birthday

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They offer vegan cheese here if you have a dairy allergy. The drinks are always made on point and you can’t go wrong with any cooking style here! Never a bad time and it’s always fun to come here and enjoy!

My husband and I had the best experience here a a few weeks ago! Our server Jess was truly so kind and attentive. She was super friendly and made our anniversary dinner a delight. Genuinely went above and beyond for us and provided such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious & we will definitely be going back. The manager Declan also stopped by our table to check on us and see how we were doing which was really nice! Can’t wait for our next special occasion to come back to eat here, I’m already so excited!

Overall disappointing!

Wait time:
Too long! We ordered and 6:30pm and the appetizer didn’t come out till 7:00pm. We had ordered 2 cheese fondue pots. The server at 7pm made them at the table in front of us. This left me wondering - why did it take 30mins for the kitchen to send out cheese and a few other ingredients in basic bowls?

I ordered an espresso martini. It seemed like it was forgotten about, and when it did make it out it was overflowing all over the table.

Food: We got the bacon and Brie cheese fondue. It was good. The ratio of Brie to other (some white?) cheese was disappointing. A lot less Brie than I expected in a Brie fondue.

We also got the Quattro Formaggio and that was delicious.

The dipper quantities can be better. We ordered extra dipper plates but they took forever to come out.

The classic milk chocolate fondue was good. Nothing exceptional.

All in all, disappointing experience due to long wait times for food and subpar food.

The place is extremely cute. I loved the atmosphere , the cozy tables and the wooden details. The vibes in this place are awesome and perfect for a romantic dinner. I came here with my husband to celebrate my late birthday ! I did not ask for any extras but i just wanted to enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Our waiter, Alexander is an awesome guy , extremely friendly and very helpful , he took our orders and he answered to any questions we had. first of all I must say that I loved the experience of the fondue 🫕 made on the table. The server brings the ingredients to your table , where a hot plate is heating up the pot , and then they put all the ingredients in the pot one at a time and then they mix all of them together so you can see the ingredients melting together. I loved this idea , I really think it matches perfectly the name of the restaurant too. we ordered two cheese fondues, because actually one was not enough for us ! We had the Wisconsin Cheddar and the Artichoke Spinach. The fondues come with dippers (fruit and veggie , bread and 4 slices of salami). The taste of the cheese fondues was amazing . We also had the milk chocolate fondue as dessert which comes with dippers (marshmallows, strawberry and banana and pieces of brownies and other cakes) and then we had baileys coffee which had whipped cream on the top. The taste of everything was just awesome. Now, I want to talk about what I didnt like : the price is too high - 30 $ each fondue pot which is supposed to be for two people but actually the price is not justified ( the ingredients used are not expensive and not in such a big amount ). The dippers are not so many but the server let us know we could order a refill as much as we could. I also ordered a salad which was delicious but again a small portion for a high price in my opinion. Overall, quantity doesn’t correspond to the price but the quality is definitely there. Another thing , I asked for some modifications in the dippers - whether I could have potatoes in addition to my fondue - but modifications were not possible 🙅. I won’t come back just because the price is not justified and i actually don’t find any efforts to satisfy the customers. The cocktail we ordered the basil refresher was also very tasty .

My girlfriends and I got together for a good time. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked into this really cute spot. We were sat by the hostess and served by Spencer and he was great! We started with the cocktails and I got the old fashioned which was really good. My friends enjoyed their cocktails. For out fondue we started with the cheese and we ordered the Wisconsin Cheddar and the Spinach it came with some chips and vegetables and fruit. It was made in front of us! I wasn't a fan of the Wisconsin Cheddar but the Spinach was good! We then had the chocolate of the Pure milk chocolate and the Flaming Turtle. That came with the banana, brownies, blondie, etc. I really liked both but the Flaming Turtle was my favorite! I really enjoyed my time!

Lauren and Shey gave me and my two friends the best service I have ever received! I loved their upbeat personalities and how on top of everything they were. They made amazing cappuccinos and they had a very good understanding of the menu and explained everything that was given to us. I had a really good experience because making the food was fun and the service was some of the best I ever had. Would recommend and I would definitely recommend asking for either of those servers!
