I checked in your hotel and the room was about as cold as it was outside.

When we pulled back the comforter and found holes in the sheets what look like from cigarettes (and we requested a non smoking room) I knew I was not able to stay there and the smell I knew I couldn’t stay there.

Within 5 minutes I went back to the front and requested a refund but the lady said I needed to contact the manager Monday (this was Friday evening). Tried to contact and have been given the run around.

STAY AWAY!!!!

Bed had hair all over the white sheets like someone trimmed his beard on it was disgusting. Do not use washer and dryer theirs so many signs of how to use the washers and dryers at that point don't even have them out if you list "use at ur own risk " the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Would not recommend.....

We left as soon as we turned back the bedcovers and saw stained sheets with what looked like possible evidence of bedbugs (small blackish spots). Not something to play with. Bringing bedbugs home is like having a fire. They infest everything and are almost impossible to get rid of.
The management refused to refund our money even though no other habitable rooms were available, so we lost $100.
We'd already asked to change room as soon as we checked in because the smell of smoke was so intense we had to leave the door just to make it breathable. The night staff was nice enough in acknowledging the smell but told us, with appropriate embarrassment, that the only other room available smelled like "bad animals" and the smoke room would be better.
The day manager who refused to refund us claimed there were no problems.
There are multiple decent options nearby. Believe the reviews and skip this one!

Amazing staff and clean rooms.Great prices and great weekly deals.They allow pets.The manager Cristy is a very professional and kind person.The maintenance man Louie works non stop and helps over and beyond when asked.Over all I would Never choose any other motel to stay at in Lake county

I don't even know where to start the lady I dealt with this morning was wonderful..but these are the worse rooms I have ever seen in my life..not sure why the room was even available how dirty it was food was on the floor and walls ..and the room smelt so bad of cigarettes I couldn't even breathe instantly migraine ..went to the store to get a mop and bleach to try and make it through the night and it was pointless and a waste of money ❗❗ DONT EVER STOP HERE NOT EVEN FOR 1 NIGHT ❗❗

The room smelled like smoke, and the sheets were gross (black specks, possible bed bugs and a cigarette burn). We were told the only other room available smelled like animals. The druer we paid for didn't work either. We had to leave and Priceline would only refund half. I hope you're smarter than we were and read the reviews.

I was a regular at the motel. The management stole all my personal belongings and illegally withdrew $2400 from my bank account while I was in the hospital. The management here needs to be investigated. I am forming class action suit. Stay away from this place!

For the price (59$) I’m not too angry about the smell of course it smelled like urine but to complaints of the price. Originally it was 150$ but with discounts it was very cheap. At least the service was nice and they didn’t have rude staff. I hope they can sell an air freshener.
