Mercy was supposed to pick me up at 12:20 for a 1pm appointment. The driver texted at 10:30 wanting to pick me up then. I told him no because my plans are already made. He said "Ok call MTM I will have to cancel." (MTM is the company that arranges transportation using various companies for non-emergency medical transportation.) I said this is your fault, fix this. He said "sorry, cancelled." Completely unprofessional.

So I reported it to Mercy. They sent another driver, but I still ended up 20 minutes late to my appointment because I guess they couldn't find someone else in time. The car they sent had Mercy livery on it and it was a beater. The power windows were broken. One was stuck all the way down and another was stuck 1/3 of the way down. This was just great when we were on the highway and it was 40 degrees out. Ridiculous.

When I got to my apt and asked the doctor what time I could leave, it was 20 minutes after I had scheduled my pickup time since they got me there late. So I called Mercy and told them the new time. The guy on the phone said "Ok" then coughed and hung up. No indication that they weren't coming to get me. I called them 10 minutes after they were supposed to get me and I find out they are not coming. I called MTM and they sent a Lyft driver, which took more time. Ended up waiting outside an hour past when Mercy was supposed to pick me up.

I don't know the original driver's name but if you get a text from someone regarding your ride with the last 4 digits of their number being 7214, best of luck to you. And I don't know who I talked to on the phone there but he was even more unprofessional than the first driver. The second driver who had the broken window car was good though, dealing with what he had to work with. Other than him that entire company seems like a disaster and people that work there generally don't seem interested in keeping their jobs, unless this behavior is something acceptable to whoever is in charge there. Would give 0 stars if possible. I'm sure their rating would be much less than 2.6/5 if we could give 0 stars. They were shockingly bad. Don't count on them if you have to be anywhere at a specific time. Actually, just don't count on them.

Very dangerous driver!!! Van 3 75-80mph in a 55 mph on 95 in ct … cut me off , then cut off a kid on a motorcycle!!! Traveling in the left lane in a vehicle registered as STUDENT TRANSPORT which in ct student transport vehicles are not allowed in the left lanes. Driver was vaping In the vehicle and not wearing a seatbelt state police were called

Never driven won’t his company before and never will. This driver in the photo, was driving so reckless, endangering the lives of so many. He was tailgating me for a a couple miles and when he was able to pass me, he started tailgating other drivers. Darting in and out of lanes with no turn signal, driving at least 20 mph over the speed limit. These drivers will endanger your life if you book them, zero regard for other people on the road. Seeing how I am not the only person to have witnessed these terrors on the road, the company should expect some lawsuits sooner or later because it’s bound to happen.

The owner, Mark, is incredibly unprofessional. I sold him a car in 2020 which he never registered, he then left the car in New Haven where it was towed this November. I received a letter in the mail (since I was the last owner of the vehicle on record) stating I needed to pay the towing company or it would be taken to small claims court. Reached out to him via email and phone calls to both of his offices and he never responded to me. I would be VERY weary of getting into one of their vehicles due to this negligence. (hopefully they are all registered since this one wasn’t for 3 years).

This company has a lot of family in it... This company has flood cars that smell like mold and will not tell you... this company cars are filthy inside and out (dirty windows, dirty interiors)... This company gives drivers cars that have bad tires and bad transmission... these cars won't pass emission testing either, and every car has an exhaust problem. This company will keep your money that they were supposed to pay you...

I don’t usually leave a review but my experience was so bad I had to. First of all my morning pick up had music blasting and a hoodie on, like with the hood on driving with his seat leaned back with one hand on the wheel crossed over to the other side like they do as a joke on tv to make people look cool or whatever. Yes. He was late. But not too bad, I made it to my appointment on time. But that was whatever. But do not advertise as professional and always being on time. Ok. So my pick up from my appointment was an hour late. AN HOUR LATE. Driver playing rap music with swearing and n word this n word that and yes he was white smh and car smelt like smoke soooo bad. NEVER AGAIN. I am literally going to tell everybody I speak to today to never use them and any time transportation comes up I will let them know about my experience with this company. I am beyond pissed

Never ride with this company! I did and I never will again. I had 3 appointments they were set to drive me there and back from this week. The first appointment I was never picked up to come home, so I had to walk 2 hours to be able to get home as a disabled person using a cane. I ended up actually collapsing in someone's yard and passing out for 15 minutes at one point during my walk home.
Second appointment I was picked up 45 minutes too early and then I was picked up 45 minutes later than my return home time, which made me nearly late for work.
Today was my third and final ride appointment with them and no one ever picked me up. I called and left a message and received no response, so I was unable to get to physical therapy today. The drivers were all relatively nice but this level of unprofessionalism is rather pathetic and disgusting. What is the point of being in the Medicaid ride program if you're not going to do it properly!?

Never use this company. My child was assigned this company through her insurance. She is a minor and they left her stranded!!!! They were contracted through Veyo. When my daughter called me frantic at 7:15pm because her appointment ended at 6pm and she was still waiting outside for her ride to show. I contacted Mercy Transportation Group and the lady was very rude and informed me that they didn't have a driver assigned to my child's pick up, but the same company dropped her off at the appointment so how does that even happen? So, no one would have showed up to pick her up and I never was notified so she would have been stranded there. How is this ok?
