I had the pleasure of having Meredith as my wedding planner and she created my DREAM WEDDING! My husband and I gave her the details from our engagement story and she used it to create a unique, extravagant, classy evening for us and our guests! She has such a gift of creativity and making her visions come to life! And the connections she has with other vendors in the wedding industry is priceless, especially when you need something out of the ordinary. She is easy to get ahold of, fun to work with, and super sweet! A true Southern Belle and a great wedding planner!
Her Reception Coordinators, Erin and Nicole, did such a great job making sure everything ran smoothly and were so kind and considerate to our needs on the day of the wedding! They made sure we stuck to our timeline but also had time to enjoy ourselves!
Josh and I truly had the best day of our lives and we have Meredith and her team to thank for that!

Meredith is AMAZING. Without a doubt one of the hardest working wedding planners I have ever had the opportunity to work with. As the wedding photographer, she made my job so much easier. She had all of the schedules and details very under control. I would recommend her to any couple for their wedding. She is amazing!

Meredith Events did an outstanding job with our November Wedding! Meredith does a great job of setting the expectation of what her services provide, and she follows-through with each item on-time. Our package was the minimum, where Meredith takes over the vendors 2 weeks before the event, yet she never treated us like we weren’t worthy of her time. She kept me on my toes to meet deadlines (very important) without being bossy, handled the wedding rehearsal and everything the day-of, which allowed my groom and I time to be together and focus on each other, our families, and take in moments that are so easily missed.

The day was everything I dreamed it would be – and a large part of that is due to Meredith. I have no hesitations in highly recommending her services to anyone planning an event!

I highly recommend Meredith as a planner for weddings or any events! Meredith is an excellent communicator and extremely organized. She helped us through all the difficulties of wedding planning, and went above and beyond for us while trying to get married during the COVID-19 pandemic. She handled every obstacle with grace and confidence. She is very professional and committed to meeting and advocating for her clients' needs. We would have been lost without her!

Being type A, I never realized how much I needed Meredith until my husband suggested we book a day of coordinator for our wedding to ease the stress. BEST. CHOICE. EVER. Although we booked her only for the day of, she was always so encouraging & sweet in answers any random questions I had throughout the planning process. She always offered her input & went above and beyond. Communication was always such a breeze with her! This was especially important to me, as I was planning my hometown Arkansas wedding from Colorado. When the day of came, Meredith was not able to be there herself, but we had already planned for another wonderful team member, Maggie there. Their hard work, planning, and organization beforehand made my wedding day flow so well. Maggie was punctual, willing to help in whatever way, and so organized! Everyone commented how smoothly the wedding flowed & what a sweet personality Maggie was to work with! All my vendors appreciated having a "go-to" person throughout the entire wedding day. Hire them! You will never regret them!
