Where do I even begin? Our wedding was nothing short of perfect and that would have never been possible without Method. I would trust their team with any and every event.

We were not around to be able to do any in person meetings, but Chad and Maddy were so on top of everything in our video calls that it made everything a breeze. They were excited to make our vision a reality but also never held back a suggestion to optimize an improve from their own on site experiences.

Meeting up on site for rehearsals Chad was already proving what a complete legend he is, we got in, got things done but still had fun the entire time. Then the day of arrived and along with an atmospheric river of rain for our partial outside venue and there was zero panic and zero chaos. We got there and talked out the couple of changes that made the most sense and that was it, we all pivoted together. Special shout out to Chad's #2 that night Bobby who also crushed it and was ready to hop in and help anywhere and everywhere and also props to all of Chad's other staff who were all-stars all afternoon and evening. Nothing but true top notch professionals who were enjoyable and fun to be around.

I will never forget the night Chad & his team helped create with us and execute for us. They will be my one and only suggestion to anyone who needs a team or coordinator for an event. I want to have another event just so I can have Method be a part of it again.

We hired the Method team for our event and it was the best money we spent. Our event was a wedding, but I would hire them for ANY type of event. From the moment we hired Chad, I told all my closest family and friends about how much I loved him because I finally felt like a real person again. A few ways in which they stood out:

1. The level of organization was unparalleled-- they have a system, you work that system, and the system works
2. The efficiency was incredible-- I did not spend hours emailing them, chatting them, etc (although they were lovely and that would have been fun) which allowed me to continue to do my "real life" things
3. They met me right where I was-- Chad picked up on my style immediately and knew exactly what to spend time on based on me.
4. Autonomy-- they collected all the information up front, they got the names of the key people they could reach out to if absolutely required, and they took it from there.
5. Professionalism-- events are their business, they are not someone's aunt's friend who moonlights as a coordinator. They are EXPERTS at what they do and it shows (e.g. reviewing invoices to call out where I might be overpaying, explaining to me all the ins and outs of the staffing for the night so I was comfortable, etc)

The most important things to me were that I could trust Chad and his team had us covered on all fronts for the big day and that my family and friends would be left alone to enjoy the wedding in peace.

They did the work, we danced, we're married. The end. 🙂

Best Waitstaff Vendor I've Ever Worked With!
As a wedding planner, I have worked with countless vendors, and let me tell you—THIS team is simply the best. A few venues I frequently collaborate with highly recommended them, so I suggested them to my bride and groom clients. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in ways that are hard to come by in this industry. Behind the scenes, they were everything a planner dreams of: responsive, thorough, and always proactive.

The lead and their team were flawlessly organized, on top of every little detail. As someone who works tirelessly behind the scenes, I can honestly say that only a few vendors are truly top-notch, and this team is absolutely one of them.

The servers were all so kind and on top of things. I had a particular style of table setup I wanted and they executed it beautifully. Some context: My now Wife and I had a wedding in June 2024 and Method Events/Chad was our day-of-coordinator. I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide my wife and I through such an important and complicated day. Chad and his Operations Manager, Maddy, were extremely professional and thoughtful while my Wife and I figured out the details of the wedding. Chad knew exactly how and when to ask the complicated questions that we didn't even realize we needed to answer. Chad and Maddy were also so quick to respond to any questions I had as I sorted through all of the details.

On the day of the wedding, Chad took care of all the small details so we didn't have to, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
