Staff was needlessly rude and impatient. I was the only person there and she did not want to explain. It took me asking 3 times to get the whole packet of information, which somehow differs from what is provided online. Very disappointed. It’s very easy to be kind.

After posting this the woman crossed the street to hand me a printed off copy of the web page that clearly stated what I had - stating that “I had a little bit of an attitude and must need this”. I would love for this person’s supervisor to contact me.

Got my Fare deal card no long wait and staff polite respectful. Nice to know what Two 🚌 Buses catch to get there and know what to get for fare deal card and know when they open and reopened, days and times. They returned your call by leaving them a message

The lady who did my Access interview was very friendly & sympathetic to my Hadicap needs, even though, just looking at me, you can't tell that I have Severe Osteoarthritis in both knees, I can barely walk at times. I like that she didn't judge me, on sight, because, you can't always visually see that someone has a Disability. Thank you Access

my disappointment and difficulty is not with the staff of this particular location. But I do appreciate didn't have any this for the Fair deal location is the people who can get you here when you can or when you should go or what documentation to bring for the fear of your card. Joshua Grout " Thanks For Outstanding Transportation . With out Fair Deal Program My Life would Not Be Possible for work and Activities . Thanks To Metro Staff . Always on Time .Very Clean Facility and Wonderful Receptionist . Very understanding of my Disability and very accommodating Hours when when open they are open Monday , Wednesday and Friday 8 am to 5 pm closed At 12 for hour Lunch.

The Call back when I have a Customer complaint is Handled and addressed well.

Call and return calls are Fast and Easy .

I cannot Express how kind and welcoming the staff was, when I took my Residential Home clients for Access Bus assessments. The lady's name was Lisa D. She was the epitome of professionalism, personalized customer service, empathy, caring and compassion.

She should be commended and revered, for representing Metro, as one of their first points of face-to-face contacts, because first impressions are LASTING impressions. I will always remember the impression left by Lisa D., located at the Silverton location.

I also want to add that my residents also felt very safe in such a secure environment and surveilled building.

Mostly rating so low because the lady I spoke to today was, in to put eloquently, rude as hell (and unhelpful, too). Also, yes, you can print off the Fare Deal application forms, as I've just did it. I think they used to let you get your cards downtown but they stopped doing that because of the lockdowns.

The other part of this is for Metro itself, as, to be frank, an Medicaid card and needing reduced fares for work/school should be qualifications for a Fare Deal card, too, with all things considered.
