I attended a Quinceañera this past weekend for a cousin and I was very impressed with the Metroplex Event Center. I heard only wonderful things being said by other guests about the beautiful venue itself as well as the staff. The atmosphere was very elegant and the entire event was perfectly co-ordinated.

Special recognition to Freddy and the Metroplex team over all. They were all so pleasantly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire night. My son had an asthma attack and the concern and compassion didn’t extend from just one person. Multiple members of the team joined efforts to make sure he was okay and continued to check in on him long after it had passed. I have attended and co-coordinated/decorated for Weddings, Quinceañeras, and Anniversary parties at various venues and most ask for suggestions on how they can improve, I can’t think of even one for this venue. I will absolutely recommend this event center in the future.

My guests loved the venue along with its sound system, lights, decorations, and its security. The Metroplex also has packages that you can choose from for your event which really help me with my wedding.

One of the most terrible services .
I was in a wedding not long ago ,first of all their dj lights were right on people's faces when they should be on a slight angle towards ceiling and lighting wasn't to impressive.
The waitres are so rude I seem them taking cups and wine bottles away when people was in the middle of it enjoying it .
With all that kind of money spent ,it should be way better I'm really sorry I even put one foot there . There are way better places that has better services.
NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
