Thank goodness we hired Chantal as our day-of-coordinator. There are a million things she did behind the scenes that I’ll never know. We had a last minute rainstorm that changed all the outdoor plans and I was so grateful we had someone to handle those issues. The decor was set up beautifully. All our vendors were scheduled perfectly. We used the DJ she suggested and he was great. We highly recommend Chantal and she’s worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and hire her.

Chantal was definitely a great additional to our overall team for our wedding day ?. She was amazing with contacting all vendors, scouting our vendors for us that were needed and last minute, making sure things were well organized and helping with our itinerary. Chantal was truly the best option we could have gone with for a planner! She was so responsive, detail oriented, and willing to give feedback! She made sure she understood any questions and thoughts we had along the way and made sure our vendors were also on the same page. Any vendor or design idea we had in mind, she went to work and came back with great options! I had zero anxiety about how the day was going to be because she made me feel like she was basically in my mind lol. It was exactly what we wanted! Throughout the night she checked in on us for any major changes and only when necessary! Never did we feel like we were making huge decisions as she made all our conversations that night into small decisions on our preferences. I 1000% recommend Chantal! She’s awesome!

Chantal with MiCielo Events was incredible. From the start she jumped in to organize all the details/vendors we had already and helped us find a few other vendors still needed. The day of the event she made sure things went smoothly and overall had an amazing wedding thanks to her! Definitely hire if needing a coordinator!
