I booked a flight for May 24th. My flight was cancelled due to bad weather. Pilot said a credit voucher for a future flight would be issued. I received an email quickly with the voucher for a future flight. Sometime later I went to the website and tried to book a new flight. Web site directs me to a puppy selling site. Tried calling several times and finally got someone who explained all flights were cancelled indefinitely due to pilot being injured in an accident, and he was not sure if they would ever have flights again. I explained how I was issued a credit voucher for a future flight. At that time I was told my money would be refunded. Well that was almost two months ago and no refund. No one answers the phone, can't leave a voicemail, no email response.

Our flight was amazing! The pilot was very polite, accommodating, and knowledgeable! He definitely makes sure you’re prepared and know what to expect. It was so beautiful and peaceful! We can’t wait to fly again!

I bought this as a surprise for my girlfriends birthday. After trying to get the weather to cooperate for 3 weeks we were finally able to take off. Brian and his crew were great. They thoroughly explained everything about the balloon, how it works, what to do, what not to do, etc. It’s absolute serinity when your up there. Not gonna lie, the burner is loud and will startle you a few times but you get used to it. The best part was trying to determine where we were going to land. The wind was not cooperating with our landing options. We flew over US 31 about 75 feet in air and had a soft touchdown in a soybean field. When we got back we had a brief balloon history lesson and finished with a champagne toast. I would highly recommend Michiana Balloon Rides if you are looking to check this off your bucket list like we did.

I'm hoping to be able to get ahold of somebody. I see the responses to the latest reviews, and I'm so sorry to hear about Brian's accident. My husband can't seem to find the email he got from brian after booking last December. We tried twice to get a fly date, but it ended up raining both times. We just need the refund, but have no way to get ahold of anyone.
