We rented several carts from Mid-State and we got a flat on one of the rentals right out of the gate. I called Leah and explained what happened and within about an hour the cart was fixed. This was huge to our event and I appreciate them for doing this for us. I will definitely remember this in the future and pass it along to anyone who asks!

Watch out for these people. Not honest at all. Bought several carts from them and once I received the carts I checked the serial numbers and two of the carts were six years older than than what we agreed to buy and what was represented. Pointed out the problem and they said it was a mistake but they were still good carts - like that means anything at all. I said they have to be replaced with the agreed to years plain and simple. They said they would replace them with other carts but that never happened and they will not communicate with me any longer. Having to sue them now to get this resolved. Don't ever give these people your hard earned money. They don't deserve it.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Reserved a uhaul and a dolly through the uhaul website on a Sunday because we were supposed to be able to do everything through the app without them being open. Granted the woman did not have to call and tell me I had to pick the truck up the day before, but when I got there she was probably the worst person I have ever dealt with. They didn't have what I had reserved so I simply asked why they didn't have it when her and another man started berating me and told me to take my business elsewhere without even attempting customer service. I told her to excuse me so I could step outside to make a phone call when 4 other men came out to start berating me. She came out and started shouting that I cussed her out when I didn't swear at all since there were kids running around everywhere. I would not EVER recommend going to this location for any business whatsoever.
