We were extremely pleased with our experience with Mike. He was easy to communicate with and arrived early. His car was spotless and he had water bottles for us. He took us to the NYC area for an event and returned us safely home that day. Mike was a calm and careful driver. We will hire him again.

We got quoted a very low price for the move to Bradley airport we were planning. They had a huge SUV at our house for us 10 min early so we could do all the loading. The driver was able to jam our 5 large and heavy suitcases in and got us to the airport in plenty of time. An affordable and stress free experience.

Best car service I have ever had. Mike drove me from Manchester to Ridgefield to Bradley airport. Most cooperative with my time restraints, very courteous and friendly. I won't hesitate to call on him again. Very clean and comfortable car. Highly recommend.

One of these drivers sped onto the breakdown lane on the right of a school bus as we were passing on the left. Then swerved in front of us and brake checked, we moved over and they tried it again. Not only did they endanger the school bus and everyone in our 53 foot tractor trailer but if they caused an accident, it would have impacted everyone behind us. Luckily we have dashcams that caught them speeding onto breakdown lane to go around the school but also their antics in front of us. These videos will be sent to the CT police and anyone else to get this driver off the road.

Response: There was plenty of room to pass. The video does not support your driver's claim. Dashcam records my speed, if he was in fear of rear ending us, then he was speeding in the first place. Also it is not HIS lane. It is a passing lane. And lastly, speeding onto the breakdown lane to go around a school bus with kids inside and then break checking a tractor trailer twice does not sound like a person who should be behind the wheel. And as the owner you shouldn't condone that behavior.

I had to go from JFK to Hartford Connecticut and this driver is one of the best out there. He is very friendly and his car is always clean and appealing. He is always there before the time to pick you up.

I had a 4:30am pickup time. At 4:40am no one is here yet.
Called company no answer. Called again at 4:45am finally
got thru just to be told he’s not there? The supposedly then
driver called at 4:50am I’ve got a flat tire. That was a good line.
Called ACE Taxi they arrived in less than 10 minutes!

they are absolutely unprofessional they hang up the phone before you even say anything , I call back hang up again call back and don’t even answer the third time the man is rude and frankly I don’t even think this is a taxi service
