Nestled snugly in New Jersey's Appalachian Valley, behold the Minerals Hotel by Crystal Springs, a four-season haven where seriousness meets giggles amidst a backdrop of picturesque landscapes. A proud member of the Crystal Springs Resort family, this place isn't just a hotel; it's practically a mini kingdom boasting not one, not two, but a mind-boggling six championship golf courses and spas so fancy, they've bagged awards—making us wonder if they get acceptance speeches.

In dire need of a break from reality? Minerals Hotel is your answer. Want a family escape to remember? Say no more. But here's the kicker—this spot isn't just a magnet for holidaymakers; it's a magnet for business heads too. So, when work beckons, this place switches gears faster than a Formula 1 car with its array of meeting spaces and a business center that could possibly put "business" in business.

And hold on to your putters, because the golf scene here isn't just swinging clubs and dodging sand traps. They've got a foot golf course, giving a whole new meaning to "putting your best foot forward" on the greens.

If a relaxing and enjoyable vacation is what you seek, Minerals Hotel by Crystal Springs is your ticket to paradise. From comfy lodgings to finger-licking good food and a plethora of amenities, this place is the jackpot for everyone seeking a slice of paradise.

Great for beginners and families looking to have fun. Some parts of the course seem to have lost some of its quality like the lake and parts of the fairway. Regardless, my friends were able to have a great time.

We stayed in a condo/townhouse/hovel for seven days. The accommodations were horrible. The girl at the front desk was most pleasant until she found out we were booked through a timeshare then attitude did a 180 Immediately after checking in we were given a map to our homestead for the week, no directions just a map... When I asked how to get there I was given directions with an extremely negative attitude.

We went to the location and after entering I immediately started taking pictures. CYA I went to the front desk to make them aware of the situation. The same woman told me they would send maintenance and housekeeping... Neither ever came!

The second day I reported the issues to the front desk again but to no avail. So if you like mold filled showers, pee stained bedding, unclean carpets, delapidated raised decking with nails popping up, or tarnished 30 year old silverware then this is the place for you! I drove 1100 miles to stay there and spent 700 on a rental car. Don't waste your money folks.

The view from my unit is amazing and everything is clean when you first go in to your unit. As I am writhing this I am sitting in the very comfortable bed upstairs. There are also tons of fun things to do at the resort main area. So if I were you I would be planning my stay right now. That is what I am going to do right now before I leave.

Beware!!
The HOA sucks here. Not family friendly, they will sticker your cars and leave notes on your vehicle

So this course is a mess in the sense that the tees weren’t marked on half the holes. No water! Very little signage.

The foot golf flags are confusing and they have second holes on the fricking greens. Seriously, what is going on here.

Either don’t charge us this way for this course so you can have foot golf at your resort OR take the damn things off the greens and mark the flags differently.

VERY disappointing!!

In fact you should simply play somewhere else!

Played 9 holes twice. It's a short course for anyone looking to get in quick round of golf. Very affordable $$.

We used to really enjoy playing this course. But, like every Crystal Springs course, the price went up 100% from last year (I guess it's not as bad as them raising fees even more than that on some of their other courses). Talk about inflation!! Last year it was $15 to walk, this year it's $30! The conditions didn't improve. I'm sure it's just Crystal Springs way of saying "tough luck locals, we only care about tourists dollars". Thank goodness there's still places like Great Gorge (right across the road) that appreciate the locals' business and aren't looking to gouge their players. I hear all the time from friends and neighbors that they'll NEVER play any Crystal Springs course again.
