Dirt parking area with water and electricity for RVs. It was ok for one night but not worth $40 per night. Sites are right next to the street so traffic noise is a problem but it did quiet down. There was no to check in. We just drove in and parked. We did book online. There is no sewer hookups or dump station.

The rides where good, but the food prices are out of control.... I thought there was a great turnout in the animals this year.!! Weather was perfect.! And they had better rides this year!! But those food prices!! A single layer Nacho with a drink was $31. So lesson learned on that....

awesome fairgrounds! great to take the kids to watch gymnastics live show except right next to the display of dead bodies strung up in a horrifying manner to sell tickets to shoot zombies out of a very disturbing fair attraction. I spent a lot of time telling my 6 year old daughter that the bodies were fake and had a hard time explaining why this was done, after she started finally started to understand they were fake. why? I don't know. We also loved the 4H animal exhibits. amazing effort from all the young kids.

We had so much fun at both the fair as well as tge rodeo but i feel that things were a bit costly at both and i dont like fact that i had to lock my gun in my vehicle to go to the rodeo ... I understand rules are rules just keep in mind if you are uncomfortable leaving your gun in your car dont take it with you.

DON'T STOP HERE! If you are coming through do yourself a favor and stay in Vegas by Sam's town ($5 per head) or keep going south. Kingman fairgrounds wants $20 per head and $20 to dry camp. No hookups. Stalls are dirty, sharp objects inside the stalls. Half the stalls don't have locks. Then to top it off you get harassed to pay. After you already paid in person the night before. Also you have to have exact cash. They won't give change.

Place is ok. Not a whole lot going on. I was there first day. Prices are crazy high_. $8 cheese burger. $5 for a ride. Check it out, but be ready to pay.
