Nice campground, well maintained, and was surprisingly quiet even on a holiday weekend. Dog friendly, although I would love to see a dog park to allow them to run and burn some energy. Restrooms and shower house was clean, and well maintained. The beach was nice, but the lake had an algae bloom so we did not use it. Nice playground for the kids, and overall a well run campground.

This place is super fun!! The prices are reasonable, in my opinion. Very family friendly with so much on the grounds to do and see. My only suggestions to them would be to maintain the beach area better. The indoor pool was very cold and my 2 yr old could not handle it for long... And (we were warned at check-in) the beach was nasty... so we just played in the creek. 🤷‍♀️ Our tent camping area was a very nice size, and well shaded. Perfect for us!! 👌 However, I do recommend to new visitors, do a Google Earth search before booking your site-unseen because there are a lot of different terrains on this property. Some sites are bare/no shade, some very hilly, and/or heavily wooded... GREAT PROBLEM TO HAVE FOR REAL... but just look before booking to find the one that suits your camp style best. 😉

I LOVE this campground! One thing is the showers. I always hate campground showers, they are gross and dingy and sometimes scary. NOT THESE, they are absolutely gorgeous, well maintained, very well cleaned, huge stalls, very private, lots of room for clothes and changing all in one. I truly cannot say enough about them. We also love the indoor pool. They have a great pond and it’s stocked to the brim with great fish , the campsites are really nice!! Love this place and the staff!

Check in was easy. We arrived early so they called when the cabin was ready. We liked the Hillside Cabin #43 because it's just outside the confines of the campground and was secluded to our liking. The 5 of us fit nicely in the cabin. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a couple of lightbulbs blow and the nice maintenance man was quick in bringing replacements. The pool, showers and restrooms were well kept. Check out was easy. There are fun things to buy at the camp store.

Although there are cute little cabins available for rent,We camped in our own camper. We had an amazing time the staff is helpful, and very friendly. All the facilities are in excellent condition and clean. The shower houses and restrooms are cleaner and better kept than most restaurants washrooms.theres a little something for everyone really an amazing place to relax

Here now!!! If you haven’t been here before, or haven’t searched the campground you may get stuck with an incredibly tiny site. We have a tiny site, and we have a small camper. The neighbor sites sewer hookup is literally by where we can place our chairs in order to attempt to enjoy a campfire in the fire pit. Not to mention the neighbors sewer hookup isn’t tight and it’s super enjoyable when you get a whiff of the sewer clean out 5 ft from your chair. They allow a large 5th wheel to be parked next to us in a tiny site, and they can’t even park their truck in their lot. I am very disappointed as we have stayed here many times and never have experienced such a confined camping experience anywhere, let alone at a place we’ve enjoyed in the past. Don’t bother mentioning anything to the office as they appear to not even pay attention to anything you may be saying. We love the area, and have always had good experiences here, but now it’s time to find another campground. Research before you book, but there’s really no way to tell. I could have stayed in my driveway at home and had more room.

The campground is lovely. We saw eagles and other wildlife. The staff was always friendly when we went in. The cabin is good for the price. The beds are super uncomfortable, and the bathroom is a small step up from rustic. Sleeping was the worst part. I'd suggest taking some sort of mattress topper or fold out mattress to put on the bed. Again, it's a cabin, not a hotel room. It's functional, not luxury. The location is perfect!! We cooked breakfast outside on the grill and watched the river flow. So peaceful. It is also perfect for taking your own kayaks. You can float right down to your cabin.
