Molly is an absolute joy to work with! She brought our wedding and rehearsal dinner dreams to life, creating an unforgettable and unique experience for us and our guests. Her design, planning, and coordination skills are top-notch and provided us with a stress-free and seamless experience. She is communicative and honest, thorough and detail-oriented, organized and professional, and calm and creative. We also knew we wanted to have a sustainability-oriented event, to which Molly's background and experience were perfectly suited. She helped us embed this desire in our selection of paper goods, floral and food sourcing, menu design, transportation options, and venue selection. We cannot recommend working Molly and her team enough!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Molly. She is a gem and I would 1000% recommend her to anyone who is getting married or hosting an event. Molly is a kind, personable, and sweet person that my husband and I got the pleasure to meet and get to know through our wedding planning process. I quickly found out how incredibly organized and professional she was in our first few meetings. She assisted me during the planning process and helped me gather my last key vendors too.
Leading up to the event, she took over all essential communications with vendors and coordinated them all. It allowed me to be less stressed right before the big day. My friends said I was the chillest bride- that’s because I had Molly!!
On the day, I truly felt like I was a guest at my own wedding that I planned because I didn’t have to do anything other than marry my person - and for that I thank Molly and the awesome vendor team she helped me put together. My vendors commented how amazing and organized she is, which made their job easy. None of the vendors or guests bothered me with event-related questions or issues during the day and it’s either because Molly took care of it all or she just coordinated the perfect wedding.
I also appreciated that she donates a part of her services to local nonprofits and selected one for us with thought and intention.
If you are looking for an event/wedding coordinator, look no further. Molly will make sure your vision comes to life and she will go above and beyond to do this. Molly, thank you so much for everything!!!

My wife and I had the best experience planning our wedding with Molly! She was incredibly detail-oriented, easy to work with, flexible, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went according to our vision. She was also very helpful in suggesting various vendors and services, showcasing her network of connections in the Bay Area. She orchestrated everything perfectly on the day of as well and my wife and I couldn't be happier with how the day went. We'd highly recommend working with her for your dream wedding!

Molly is AMAZING! We had a beautiful wedding weekend campout at Mt. Madonna county park. None of our friends had heard of the park before and everyone was amazed at how Molly helped us find the site. Additionally, Molly set us up with INCREDIBLE catering (Medina's Catering) and we had some of the best tacos, churros, and agua frescas we'd ever had - let alone cooked in the woods!
Molly is thoughtful, easy to work with, and made our vision of the weekend come true.

Molly was an absolute dream to work with!! She helped us far beyond everything we thought we would be hiring her for. The amount of personal attention throughout the process was phenomenal. She was always reminding us of the important things, created all the documentation and notation needed for staying extremely organized, and she executed everything to perfection on our wedding day.
