I was put in touch with ValRee by a friend for a cruise from New Zealand to Australia. She got back with me immediately and let me know the details, how much I had to put down and gave me great advice about what to do. The cruise was far in advance so I would hear from her at key points to remind of things that were coming up. I had no idea it would be so complicated. If I would have tried to do this on my own, I would have failed to be honest and I travel quite a bit. I got a surprise phone call over the summer about the flight and some before/after deals she found to extend our stay there. Her knowledge was invaluable. She let us know when to apply for a Visa and she comforted me when I was stressing about the process and she went the extra mile to get me more information. I hadn't used a travel agent in a very long time but after working with ValRee on this amazing 3 week trip, I realize the value of using a professional that cares. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients and I can't thank her enough.

One month ago I filled out a contact form and sent it to the Ogden, Utah, office of Morris Columbus Travel (formerly Morris Murdock Travel), asking them to help me with travel plans. I also emailed each of the four Ogden employees listed on the website. I got two out-of-office replies from two of the four. I also got a reply from the company assuring me they'd be in touch soon. I never heard another word from anyone.

Don't hold you breath when they say "I'll email you in a week with vacation packages" here we are almost two weeks after that phone call, and no email or even care of taking my business. This review is based on this morris murdock only, I got helped by another location within 30 minutes of my phone call he sent over everything. Its not the customer's problem that you think your "too busy with spring and summer bookings" so bad on this location to even remotely tell me that.

I did not have a good experience at Morris Murdock Travel of Ogden. I stopped in today with a question and the lady I spoke to acted like I had truly inconvenienced her for even asking. She explained she had all this work to do and didn't have time for me. No, no, I won't go back. I was probably old enough to be her father and yet, she treated me like a stupid little boy. Bad service!
