Very accommodating staff. Asked for a room change for an arbitrary reason really, no fault of the hotel... And the statf were happy to accommodate. The room we got was spacious, clean, and inexpensive to boot! I now have a new hotel in Medina, Ohio when I come to town and that is motel 6!

Staff doesn’t speak English and when they do they create arbitrary conditions never stated in the room agreement. The rooms are subpar and that’s being generous. This is the worst offending “get people’s money with the least upkeep we can manage” in all of Medina. They charge the same as everywhere else but this is the literal conditions a brand new room was rented out to me in (see photos)

This place gave me great service. Jay at the front desk went to FedEx for me with my computer charger which I carelessly left behind. He puts a capital S in Service. The man at the desk when I arrived was also friendly and efficient on a very later check in. This is an older property that has had updates and you can tell they take pride in the service they provide. It was half the price of HIE where I would have stayed had they not been sold out. I only needed to have a good sleep and continue on a long drive. For that, the linens were clean and the shower was hot with clean towels. It would benefit from some brighter lighting in the lobby. I didn’t try breakfast because I was in a rush. That’s also how I forgot my charger. Next time coffee.

The room my fiance spent the night in was horrible! Floors were dirty, the comforter had ciggarette burns in it & the bed must have had bed bugs because I now have them!! $60 for a room & now hundreds of dollars to try & get rid of the bugs that followed us home!! Completely disgusted by this place!! I believe he's owed a refund, but know it won't happen because the owner probably doesn't even care! Which was evident from the looks of the room. I DO NOT recommend staying here & if you do, make sure to Completely check your bed for any unwanted guests or you will end up like us trying to get rid of what came home with us!!! 🤮

We stayed the night before our flight out of the airport. Glad it was only one night! Place is pretty bad. People with small kids screaming all night, slamming doors. Not sure what was going on, but I had my guess.....Bathroom was gross. Just not a place I will ever stay again. I read the reviews thinking it wouldn't be bad, but I was WRONG! Stay elsewhere!

I stayed last week (July ) as I do when I travel to Cleveland Clinic. Jamie and Mark are very helpful, kind, accomodating, and go the extra mile. I really appreciate them. It makes it less stressful. My rooms always been nice and clean.
The only thing that has become a disappointment is the pool being closed, and tolitrie amenties having slacked off. The room price and environment are very good though to feel safe there.
Mark connected me with a nice rec center down the road I can use for pain relief. Jamie also showed she is caring and attentive in her job to myself and others. Appreciate it!

We traveled to Medina to see the solar eclipse. We were traveling with a large, well behaved dog. If you need basic accommodation, it is not fancy, that is clean and dog friendly this will definitely do. Our linens were spotless, our bed on the new side and our room clean. The staff is very friendly and kind. Jamie takes wonderful care of all the guests. There are several places to eat within safe walking distance and the location is off the major road enough to be quiet. The parking lot is well lit and we felt safe.
