I seriously loved this place! Clean and recently updated guest rooms, amazingly friendly and attentive staff, a completely free pet policy (up to two dogs I believe) laundry facilities on both the first AND second floors! There is also hot coffee in the mornings, free WiFi, and it’s a great centralized location; the hotel is RIGHT off 71 and Just around the corner from Hopkins Airport and the IX-Center! Lots of restaurants nearby, too!! Will definitely be returning here!!

The staff of this particular Motel 6 is exceptional. Every single one of them, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, has been friendly, accommodating, and they truly are the heart of the place. If you are traveling through Middleburg Heights, Ohio, this is your place to stop!!

Not bad of a hotel several long term residents who live there It seems but they generally are quiet, and also, they are pet friendly which is awesome.
Place was clean a few minor repair issues but overall pretty great.

My experience at motel 6 has been very much pleasant, everything is taking care of well. All you have to do is ask if you need anything & they take care of all your problems with a reasonable solution. I highly recommend for a quiet , and good nights rest.

This place has a slew of friendly/welcoming staff (Mary, Andrea, Ivy, & Dev at front desk, Maria, Lisa and Glenda in housekeeping, among others!), recently renovated and well-kept rooms, plus the location is just a short 15 minute trip from downtown Cleveland, AND ten mins from the airport, or in the other direction is South Park mall! So it’s plenty close enough for anything you might be coming to Cleveland for, without the crazy rates you’d pay staying downtown!

And another thing I was seriously impressed by, is they not only allow pets but they’re the only hotel I’ve ever taken my dog to that DIDNT have any pet deposit or pet fee!!!! So definitely a place to come to if you often travel with your fur baby!!

Will definitely be returning, no question!

Nice place. Everything is being renovated and the improvements are great. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Mary and the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The rooms are nice n clean. The exterior has had a lot of improvements. Raul is very hands on and takes care of anything that needs tended to. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Came to stay a night after the Browns game. Customer service was okay. I could barely hear the guy at the front desk. Not even pleased with the room, especially our beds. The blanket had cigarette holes throughout on one of the beds. Both beds uncomfortable and made so much noise when doing the smallest movement. The TV had a crack and discoloration spot on it. This was probably one of the worst Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in.
