This was a perfectly reasonable and affordable spot for 1 night. The hotel manager was a delight.
That said, this is NOT a wheelchair accessible hotel.

The accessible entrance is around the back of the building in a residential area, where you first have to go in the front of the building (or call) to get the gate unlocked, then roll down (and later back up) a dirt and gravel slope to get to the concrete patio.
The door to the accessible room is narrow, I estimate only 30". My chair is 24" wide. Getting to the bathroom was a challenge, the space between the end of the bed and the window AC unit is only 23" or so, my chair could squeeze through because the mattress had give. The bathroom door opened inward, not that it would have been big enough to turn around in anyway. The toilet is not ADA height, the shower is a curbless shower but it only has a fixed shower head and no bench seat. No grab bars anywhere.

It's a decent enough hotel, but I do not recommend it for wheelchair users.

Clean and comfortable rooms, quiet neighborhood, professional customer service, easy check-in/checkout, economical rate. Our favorite parts were the ocean breeze and amazing shower. Thank you for the delightful stay!

This is a very basic hotel. I got there at around 1 am and I thought the porter was a homeless man. But he was nice and gave me my key right away, with no deposit needed. There are a few steps at the front to get to the hotel. No parking. The room was small, no lamps, not enough blankets(I was cold), very small bathroom(I'm 5.2inches and had a hard moving in there).|The young front desk clerk could barely answer my questions; maybe he didn't speak English. |I found the area very safe. I'm 67 yrs old and travel solo. I walked all over, felt safe, 10 min. walk to waterfront boardwalk, 20 min. walk to Pier. I got on a free tram that gave me a little tour of San Pedro, that I had done on foot. Nice brewery, some restaurants. Good value ($120|ight) compared to other hotels at $350|ight. I also went to a local store and they were very friendly.|The hotel did not look at all like the photos on Booking.com.

I was able to spend my weekend in this motel & found the room and services from Hammad very helpful/comforting. Pricing & room availability were easy to access & Hammad was able to help us find some great food choices in the area. Overall a 10/10!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Service was excellent no problem getting extra towels. Shower was amazing and we had a good night sleep. I would definitely come back here again.

For a comfortable, clean and genuinely welcoming staying san pedro, look no further than the san pedro motel. It's a true value and exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning on my next visit.

Positive: Clean, quiet room, working outlets, good view, good bathroom and toilet. Negative: No parking, very sketchy neighborhood, suspicious activity signs everywhere. Good motel for young people that need a room but if you are used to typical hotels this one might scare you.
