Spent a very extended involuntary vacation with my family at the Motel 6 here in Willows. The rooms are quite nice and spacious, the fridge and microwave made our stay a whole lot easier and cheaper. The shower was amazing! The hotel is actually in a really great location as well, very near all of the fast food restaurants in town, not to mention most of the actual restaurants here, as well as the local dollar tree! The best part though was the very kind management and housekeeping staff. They were so amazing during our stay, even getting us an entirely new microwave when ours went out! Add in that pets stay free and they have a really nice grassy area for my dog, and this is definitely a great place to stay! They even have a nice fenced in BBQ/smoking area with a nice table and chairs to hang out! And guest laundry was another life saver! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean rooms, close to everything. What set it apart from other motels was the front desk employee who was on duty when I checked in. Makhiy, (hopefully I got the spelling at least close). She was extremely polite and attentive. She explained everything very well. And it was obvious that she was very genuine. I had a problem with the smoke detector chirping. She didn’t hesitate to come to the room very determined to solve the problem. Which she did. She didn’t say I’ll get maintenance, she took the initiative and was apologetic. Although it wasn’t her fault. It’s rare to find employees who really care and strive to keep customers happy. She is truly a gem, I will definitely return.

This motel 6 is a wonderfully clean, safe, functional and well renovated place. Also a nice sized room with a comfortable bed and pillows, good shower/tub and fresh towels. I truly don't believe you could find a better place for such a price point as this... I will absolutely be back!

Awesome staff! Very pleasant and on point! The rooms are nice, this place is great! Nice fridge microwave did it's job the shower was nice! Just over all a nice pleasant place to stay. My family and pets also greatly enjoyed the stay!

After our last experience with a Motel 6, we were hesitant to book another Motel 6. The Motel 6 in Willows, California surpassed our expectations. The handicap accessible room is the best we have ever used. Instead of carpet, there is vinyl flooring which is much easier for wheelchair movement. The room is spacious and the bed is the perfect height. The bathroom is well laid out and has a rollin shower. The room was spotless and the bed covering was a nice change from standard covers. The front desk clerk was efficient and courteous. The only issue was the parking lot as we were pulling a small trailer. Once again the clerk gave us different options as where to park.
I would recommend this hotel to others, especially if you need an accessible room.

WARNING ! WARNING ! WARNING !!! booked through booking.com which will not allow you to get a confirmation number UNLESS you PAY !!!! Girl at front desk argued with me and said I did not pay after she billed my credit card and I showed her that she had been paid through Venmo she said it was my fault for using a third party.!!! Wow when asked if this happen before she said all the time !!! No conscious no refund said she could nothing .she could be honest ! She stated that it takes 7-10 days to get a refund through booking .com and couldn’t do nothing ….ridiculous customer service

One of the top motel 6 locations I’ve stayed at. Exceptionally clean. Including appliances. Comfy and quiet. Friendly staff. Clean lobby and coffee service area.
