I would not recommend this service for planning or attending their events. We attended the polar express dinner back in 2019 and just attended the movie event this year. Both were so unprofessionally run.

Back in 2019 we were made to wait outside in the cold for a half hour after the doors were supposed to open because the actors were late. Then they let everyone in and there was no big experience upon entering so I’m confused why we had to wait outside.

They had these vip bags which were basically just $25 for a bunch of dollar tree items.

And here is the most crazy part of the night. They did the hot chocolate song and they went around squirting whipped cream In peoples mouths using the same few bottles for everyone. Then I’m the un-fun mom bc I wouldn’t allow my kids to participate in this madness. Sorry but I was 38 weeks pregnant and I had just gotten over pneumonia. Added in there are so many terrible things that are spread through eating/saliva. Ya that’s a hard no from
Me. This is at a public event the week before Christmas.

This year a friend gave me tickets to the movie event in Warren. I was not sure what to expect - but I went in with an open mind hoping my son would have some fun.

Well it was again a very low quality entertainment experience. I’m very glad I did not actually pay for it. It was basically just watching the movie. But during any good parts where the kids would actually be excited they turned the lights up and had kids dancing. I actually hope the organizer didn’t pay this studio for the dancing bc although they were kids- it was not even competition level of dancing. My son would have preferred to just watch movie during those parts.

The other biggest thing that I want to note is the majority of the workers are teens. And they were just following the direction of “Jen”. We were sitting there waiting for the show to start and a kid comes in to tell the other kids “Jen said to go sell as many polar packs as possible.” So they were told to do this. Okay great - but then. During the movie these kids were walking around with the light up things they were selling out in the foyer - tapping on parents shoulders asking them if they wanted to buy one. During the movie.

So now my son is distracted by the light up things walking around and then we were disturbed during the movie. And I had already bought him one. But like all the other parents I put it away bc it was too bright to have on and watch the movie.

Also to whoever makes up those polar packs. Kool aid jammers are not juice boxes. They are sugar water filled with dye. A capri sun is just as cheap and not filled with crap.

Over all he had fun. We had to leave early bc he was so distracted from the environment he couldn’t sit through the movie.

My wife, my son, and I went to the Hairband experience at Packard Music Hall. Jen setup a great show! We knew and sang almost every song! Just when we thought is was over Jen and team jumped on stage and they had the band play additional songs that were awesome!!! They did not not have to do that but they did and it made it an experience we will never forget!!! Thanks for the great time!!!

I do NOT recommend attending any shows associated with Moxie Events. I took my family to the Polar Experience in Toledo and they falsely advertised what was included in the show. We basically paid almost $300 to watch The Polar Express on a small screen in an auditorium. A lot of people were upset and it even was reported on the local news. I've emailed back and forth and even called several times and was told by Jennifer I would be refunded but never heard back or received any sort of refund.

We enjoyed The Polar Experience very much. Our family went in pajamas and made a great memory with the kids. I would like to say that we would suggest open seating because it was hard to purchase tickets for our large group together. Would give a 4.5 out of 5.0.

Attended the Polar Express at the Warner in Erie, Pa and was beyond shocked and upset at the fraudulent advertising by this company. They advertising for a MAGICAL experience with live performances were far from that! There were a group of 6-18 years old's on stage FOUR times during the movie doing flips and sub-par ballerina dances. No Northern Lights like advertised. The movie glitched several times during the viewing...and had messages come up on the bottom left side on screen!!!! The additional Polar Pack, which were $25 were another scam by this company! Promised were: magic popcorn ball (pre-package hard as a rock), non-spill drink (Kool Aid jammer with no straw), gourmet cookies (Famous Amos), keepsake believe bell (dollar general with red string). Outrageous and distasteful to say the least!! We spent over $300 for our grandkids to experience something that was a joke.

Polar Express. False advertising. Not all the items were in the extra paid gift bags. Not all of the advertised portions of the show were included. Missing Northern lights show. Pre movie entertainment was lame. People don't waste your money!
