Captain Erick was absolutely fabulous on our cruise we took on a Sunday morning! The weather was perfect and we started right on time and got to see so much in the 1 1/2 hours. It’s so nice to have the boat to yourselves and can really enjoy the beauty of Mystic. Will definitely be booking again!

We can’t wait to be repeat customers with Mystic River Cruises! Even despite a misty, moody weather type of day, we had a great time exploring with Captain Erick. He made the whole process very easy and also shared fascinating insights about the local history as we sailed. The views were stunning, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a memorable way to explore the area!

I can’t say enough great things about Captain Erick! This trip was wonderful from beginning to end.

Captain Erick did an amazing job giving us the history of the area. He showed us on his wooden table map exactly where we were and what we were looking at as we were sailing. Pointing out the surrounding islands, giving us the backstory to some of the houses and people who lived there. He offered blankets to us when it got a bit windy, my friend ended up using it in the attached photo.

It felt like we were with an old friend for the entirety of the trip, we had great conversation and learned some stuff too. I’d recommend this tour to anyone visiting or passing through the area.

We booked a sunset cruise for my Birthday celebration and had such an amazing experience with Captain Erick. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer any questions we had along the way and even served as a photographer! 10/10 great experience, will definitely book again if in the Mystic area! The sunset views are incredible!

Had an amazing time on this private cruise. Captain Erick was professional and confirmed the morning of via text that we would still be cruising. Parking and finding the boat was very easy. Parked in the Red 36 parking lot and followed the Mystic River Cruises signs. We arrived early and it wasn’t long before we were on the water. Saw many great homes and Captain Erick gave us some history of the homes and area along the way. Was very relaxing and peaceful. We brought a cooler with some drinks and some crackers for snacks. It was a great 90 min ride and I am sure glad we went. The wooden boat was beautiful and well kept. Thank you again Captain Erick!

Captain Eric was so great! The boat is beautiful and I highly recommend doing a sunset tour. It was a birthday surprise for my 18yr old twins and everyone loved it. It feels like for a moment a dream of what owning would be like too. You bring your own snacks and drinks and relax as he takes you around some lovely places which some fascinating history too. Worth every penny. Thank you.

We booked Mystic River Cruises for a bachelorette celebration. Gorgeous vintage wooden picnic boat. As a boater, I especially appreciated how quiet the motor was. Trust me, this is something most people don't think about, but this boat is just so beautiful and quiet--perfect for having conversations and just enjoying. The boat is spacious, comfortable and so nicely maintained. It's the perfect boat for cruising with family and friends. Our Captain was a delight!! So knowledgeable and friendly! You can tell how good a Captain is by how many people wave at him, happy to see him on other boats and the shore. Captain Erick is a joy to cruise with and we will surely be booking another trip with him!!
