The gym is nice . Im ok with the before and after care program because it’s in the school. The customer service up front is terrible and don’t ever send your child there for daycare in the dark basement .i removed my son 2 weeks later. once I asked the teacher what do they do for fun , she answered when they behave. Most disturbing of all My son was nude waiting to get changed because he was soiled , Right beside one of the teachers while changing her daughter diaper in the hallway !

I am beyond upset with this place! I went in to try to register my child in the afterschool program. I did not complete the full registration. I told Stephanie I will come back when I have the funds as I didn’t know we needed to make a payment the same day of sign up. I left and did not go back as I didn’t want the services anymore. I found somewhere else cheaper. The following week my card was charged $210 ! I did not give permission for them to authorize that payment as I never went back to complete the registration. I called and spoke to Stephanie , she said she will issue a refund. I did not receive a full refund. I only received $90 back out of $210! It’s been well over 10 days. This is ridiculous.

I really enjoy the gym here. It’s always a friendly, family oriented environment. I tried the S.W.E.A.T CLASS for the first time and I loved every moment. It’s intense and a full body experience. You will definitely sweat! Agnes is no joke! She’s super helpful and guides everyone in her class as a group and if you need help, she’s always aware. Try it!

The men’s locker room is so dirty smelt like mold. Bathrooms are really outdated and has holes in the walls. There was also bugs crawling on the floor. And showers looked very unsanitary and I felt like I was going to catch something just by going in the bathroom and swimming in there pool. Locker-room showers or really dirty. It's also confusing to walk around the building.

The customer service girl at the front desk Stephanie is rude, she'll put you on hold for a long time or she won't pick up. She noticed it was me calling back one time and she picked up and immediately put me on hold without saying anything. Cindy is so unprofessional and a liar! There's a couple of people at the front desk with attitudes or they just flat out don't know how to do their jobs. If you have an issue with your account expect to be blown off.

I would advice parents to look into a better child care service for their little ones. I don't even know where to start, first of all, no one in this child care center seems to know what they are doing. Absolutely no training, from the director to the teachers. My child gets hurt and no one seems to know what happen.. They pay no attention to the children. I have been there several times and see where both teachers decide to stand and talk to a parent and no one see the children climbing on cubbies. I have to be the one taking them down. Yup also walked in with a teacher shouting at my kid. They don't know when to potty train their kids. You have to ask them to help potty train because its confusing for your kid. Best of all they called me several time from work for to come change his clothes because he peed himself . Pay your money and get something better. Not a good childcare service. Overall

I've lived here for 7 years. I'm honored to call this place my home and no plans on leaving anytime soon. Staff is friendly and responsive to the residence's needs. As a double leg amputee using a wheelchair full-time this place is head and shoulders above any apartment I've lived in. Cost of living is definitely within reach. Job well done staff! Keep up the good fight!
