Older hotel that's been cheaply renovated. Rooms were clean suites with kitchenettes. No breakfast, thin walls, some maintenance issues. There was no way to turn on the shower, only the tub. Tub wouldn't drain.

Not a bad stay for a roadside stop, but for the price I expected something a little nicer.

The bathroom towels are the size of a bath mat and are $1.99 from IKEA. The wallpaper is peeling off of the walls, you are responsible for throwing your garbage in the dumpsters in the back of the parking lot or taking it down the stairs and putting it in the outdoor trash can because the housekeepers don’t come up to grab it, they allow dogs but no one picks up the dog poop, they don’t offer breakfast, broken glass stayed on the sidewalk for about 4 days, the water coming out of the faucets smell like bleach, mold in the bathroom, room smelled like smoke, the room I was in had two microwaves because the one that was built in over the oven had a broken handle so they took up what little counter space there is by putting an additional tiny microwave in there with a plate that was far too big in it so it didn’t rotate, the oven was literally from the 1980s. Tons and tons of updates needed, lots of deferred maintenance, heard people complaining about leaks in their room, broken fencing, dirty rooms, dirty grounds, and the guests are pretty sketchy.

This is a horrible place to stay at. The lady from the front desk was a such nice person but then we had a problem is such a mean person. IN the website says there is breakfast but there is nothing they said they changed “3 days ago” but why it’s still upp in the website. The room is not clean, they leave you just ONE roll of paper like that’s not enough for 3 days. We had 3 towels and the housekeeper entered because they put new towels in the table and they took our 3 towels that we brought from were we came in. I went to the office and reclaimed and the front desk lady with a such rude attitude said nobody took the towels and the housekeeper never entered bc we had a dog but how they took my towels from the bathroom and they left little towels in the table. I HAVE PROOF! I do not recommend this place at all. No free breakfast. Rooms are bad. There is a lot of stains in the floor.

This place looks like it must have been very nice when it was newer but it has not been well maintained. The first room we got smelled like smoke so we had to go back and get another room. We had a nice sized room with a sitting area, kitchen, and tv. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The wall paper was coming off the wall in the bathroom. There is no maid service available and the towels do not dry out because of the humidity. You only get one tiny shampoo and one tiny conditioner so you have to keep going back to the front desk to beg for more supplies. When you go down to breakfast there is no one at the front desk so you have go down a different time to get dry towels and supplies. The room did have a nice kitchen set up with plastic silverware. It looks like there are homeless people staying here as i saw them loading up plastic bags with food at the breakfast buffet.

I just stayed here for work. What a nice place. It's like a little apartment. Clean and quiet And the bonus, most places that have full kitchens do not have breakfast but they do. Not sure what all of these other reviews are about because yes it may be a little older And no may not be luxury but it's clean, quiet, very spacious and the staff is all super friendly

This place is awful. We purchased through a third party. I take full responsibility for not reading reviews. Please learn from my mistake! We arrived and a staff expressed concern over cleaning a different room, that’s where our concern started. The room itself was in terrible repair, there were burn marks on the floor. Small bugs were flying around. It wreaked of smoke although stated nonsmoking. We heard yelling outside our door, someone pounding on the walls. We felt so uncomfortable we felt best leaving. Because it was through a third party, we spoke to the front desk staff explaining our unease and requested 2 out of 3 nights be refunded. They agreed and said the third party would call to verify and they would confirm. 2 days later we finally received word that the hotel would refund one night. They had lied to us. Please do not go to this shady establishment.

Our assigned room had a boarded up window still showing broken glass, mold in bathroom around tub, damaged (chewed?) headboard, rusted and dirty air vents, stained furniture, stains on carpet (blood?) and to top it off there was a urine puddle in front of toilet. When I called the front desk about the condition of the room, I was told there was no one to clean it and that I could go to the front desk and get some gloves and cleaning spray if I wanted. When I asked for an adjustment to our bill she said she could not give us one. When I asked for a manager I was told the manager left at 4 pm and that she was the only person on premise. When I asked what time manager would be in tomorrow she said she didn’t know if one was coming in because it was the weekend.||||The receptionist could not have been less helpful. I know she could have contacted someone because she called someone when she couldn’t find our reservation and they told her what to do. She told us twice the place was sold out…I am doubtful of that because only about 25% of the parking spaces are occupied.||||This place was disgusting. We literally slept in our clothes that we wore all day. We didn’t want to open our suitcases. We only brought our suitcases in the room because the property was in a sketchy area, it was rather dark and we were concerned about theft of bags if we left them in the car. ||||This place was a HUGE disappointment after an 8+ hour drive from Washington DC. It is the worst place we EVER stayed in. If we hadn’t been so exhausted and if it had not been dusk, we would have searched for another hotel.

Great staff! Rooms are run down and in need of complete remodel. The rooms are also clean and safe. Free breakfast but most options are carbs . I slept in a pullout couch, which was lumpy yet I was able to sleep through the night and wake pain free.
