I have never encountered a more frustrating and useless customer service experience. Trying to reach someone from this company is nearly impossible. The phone number provided is nothing more than a dead-end answering service where no one ever responds. Their contact tabs, texts, and phone numbers are completely pointless—they might as well not exist. If you value your time and need real assistance, don’t bother trying to reach them. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have no idea how they got the rest of their stars, but trying to reach their customer service—or anyone in their agency, for that matter—is like trying to contact an embassy in a third-world country.

I went to the New Park office and conference center last night and talk with a family practice social worker and I also did OSHA training in the summer of 2017 or 2018 which was 4 or 5 years ago.
