Mike, the owner, and his incredible staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for, creating a truly memorable experience.

The motel's location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the vibrant shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Lake Avenue and only five minutes to the beach! The pool area is a lovely retreat, and for added convenience, the hotel offers outdoor seating and BBQ grills, perfect for enjoying a casual meal or gathering with friends and family.

Each room is uniquely named after movie stars and entertainers of the past, adding a touch of nostalgia that feels like stepping back in time. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean, showing the care and pride that goes into maintaining this quaint property.

I would not come back here if it were the last habitable structure on earth. There's no beach access from the hotel. They attempted to be creative with the movie star theme, but it just ended up being creepy. The manager speaks about as much English as a badly trained cockatoo. While the business theoretically needs guests to profit, the staff is very annoyed that people are staying there and treats them very rudely. If you have a working umbrella, use it instead of staying here.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. If there’s anything wrong, you can ask for help, and you’ll be assisted right away. The breakfast is exactly as described, so it’s accurate and tasty. The pool is good, it’s clean, and the room is spacious enough for two people. My father and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you for that.

Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is really lovely, made to order by the owner everyday. A lot of love goes into making this property safe, clean and comfortable for all guests. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is truly a hidden gem, I've stayed here twice, Charlie Chaplin, and #27 Princess Diana and both times were great. Surprisingly quiet, beautiful pool, the ACs are also super quiet and quite chilly! The themed rooms bring a cozy retro vibe. Staff is very kind, and helpful, This place is great, and the prices are even better.

Had a great stay here for 2 nights. The pool is nice and clean. The rooms are nonsmoking but there is a very nice outdoor area to sit and smoke. The other people staying there were not too loud. The property is calming, all the plants make it a little hidden from the main road which is nice.

Highly recommended in my opinion if your looking for a quiet, private, clean and reasonable priceing room to rent.. my fiance and I have returned 3 times already and end up extending our stay every time we rent. Thank you for the hospitality and good vibes!

The 2 times I’ve booked rooms at this motel with my girlfriend 12-7-24 and 1-11-25 to 1-13-25 has been beyond a great experience for the both of us and the owner is a very kind man , this place is a local hidden Gem and will continue to support this place. Thank you
