I highly recommend this, but definitely do the 30 minutes. I was petrified, but they were so lovely towards me and made me feel at ease. It's worth every second up there. You can't see NYC better than up there. Even though it was cloudy, we had good views of the city.

As an ATPL pilot, it is always amazing to fly at night, and today, I shared this experience with my lovely wife, The New York city skyline & lights experience, departing from Linden, NJ. From there, our pilot, Cpt. Jeff Selan gave us a nice, smooth, and wonderful night tour. He is a very talented pilot who works for HeliNY with a great and professional staff that provides a safe and memorable flight experience over the Hudson River and along Manhattan. This was a 25-30 minute ride that ended with a smooth approach to Linden Airport and a butter landing performed by Cpt. Jeff. Good job, guys. See you next time in the sky.

Do not trust these people they over charged me and wife for being on time flight was for 5:00I got there with wife at 4:00 didn't fly until 6:20 they are money hungry staff not professional at all honestly I was payed in full still charged me 200 dollars extra 😑 for nothing then days later how family gets wiped out they are not serious about customer service or servicing the helicopters individually when they should have could have save that poor family my condolences 🙏🙏🙏go out to them from my family to there's this company has to be shut down

Highly upset with this company. If you are attempting to book a flight tour from another state I do not recommend them. My partner and I booked a tour about 2 months before and we were rescheduled; which is completely fine. The day of the tour we were sent an email to contact them and we were informed that our tour was canceled because the president was coming in. Highly upsetting when you have been looking forward to. Hours later we were contacted again saying they had the availability we informed the woman we were told our tour was canceled because of said reason, she then proceeded to say if we did not want to attend that was okay but they did have that flight for us. We confirmed with her about 4 times if she was informing us correctly and all times she said yes. 10 minutes later the woman who initially called us, called again stating why were we heading over when she said she said we were not flying. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, communication is key and if the business is not communicating among each other how is the guest supposed to trust them. Several times we attempted to speak with the manager/ person in charge but said she was not able to transfer my call over. She never provided me with contact information either. BOOK WITH FLYNYON INSTEAD.

Inarguably, one of the best experiences you can have in New York City. None of the other heli tours can compare. To start the team really feels like a family. Everyone is so respectful and does their job to the utmost standards. Jessica was super helpful on the phones and Oscar, Josephine, & Mike greeted us as soon as we walked through. While on the helicopter, the pilot pointed out landmarks throughout and made sure everyone was able to get a direct sight line. If you want to truly see New York City, this is a must have and an absolute value. Pro-tip, arrive an hour early like they explain and you'll be fine. Also do the Grand tour, it's worth it.

Was great over all, but waited over an hour to start. 15 min flight was a bit short, we got to midtown before turning back. All the locations needed to turn on/ up the AC. The shuttle, the waiting room, the helicopter, the shuttle back...

The helicopter itself was really nice inside.

Plus, it's not smart the the movie in the waiting room was about an helicopter crash, when I asked the worker if I can change the channel she invited me to wait outside instead.
