What a wonderful experience. Susan and Tom were fantastic! There is nothing like having a local take you to wonderful restaurants to enjoy great food and wine. They have created such great connections that allow their guests to enjoy! Ironically we live here and wanted to do something different and fun. We have been to so many restaurants over the years but doing so on this “foodie stroll” is something special!

Tom was a gracious and knowledgeable guide. He shared his love of Newport and the available restaurants. I am angry that he introduced me to my new favorite restaurant because it’s 20 hours from home! The restaurants we visited were all excellent quality and provided large portions.

We had an amazing winter food stroll last night! Food was fantastic, our tour guide extraordinaires were knowledgeable, personable, and very communicative! We left stuffed, happy, and with new friends! Even if you are a local and think you’ve been everywhere, you should still do this tour! We got special treatment at many restaurants especially Vieste! Learned so much about the food and the restaurant! Loved it! Book it. Worth every penny!

My Bachelorette Weekend was perfect in large part due to the Newport Foodies Stroll! We all had a wonderful afternoon sampling the finest culinary treats of Newport and learning about the city's rich history. Tom was the perfect guide and made us all feel special. I'll be recommending this tour to all my friends and family!

We really enjoyed the variety of food and the quality/quantity offered! A good mix of food and beverages and a friendly group of people. Everyone was stuffed, and Tom throws in some history as well.

Two caveats: Almost 2.5 miles of walking is involved, sometimes uphill. Also, you may want to arrive early since we were admonished for not arriving 15+ minutes prior to confirmed departure time of noon (no one in the group got the text he said he sent requesting early arrival).

What a fantastic time we had on the Newport Foodies Stroll! Sue was a fun and knowledgeable guide, and I loved the way she shared the history of Newport with our group. The food selections were delicious, and it's obvious that Sue and her husband went to great lengths to find the perfect selections for a taste of Newport. The tour was fun, well-planned, and a great way to get a sense of the town. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful time on this tour. Susan was an excellent guide. The portions on this tour were very large and we were stuffed! We have lived in Newport previously and were thrilled that this tour took us to some new places. We learned a lot about Newport's history. I highly recommend giving this tour a try even if you think you know all the best places in Newport!

We were looking for a way to learn about the history and culture of Newport along with experiencing the local cuisine. We selected the Newport Foodies Stroll for this activity and Tom, our guide was fantastic. We have been on a few of these type tours in other cities and I would say this was the Best Food Tour we have ever been on. The food was diverse and very good along with regular size portions, we did not have to eat dinner that night. Tom thank you for a fantastic experience!
