Kimberly was instrumental in planning our trip to Hawaii! She was very informative, patient, and kind throughout the process as one member of our family has mobility issues. I absolutely 100% recommend Next Adventure Vacations. My husband & I recently got back from Secrets Akumel Riveria Maya. We are not seasoned travelers (this being our 1st trip out of the country together for our 19yr wedding anniversary), but she made everything so easy. Very detailed, step by step planning, from figuring out what we wanted in a vacation, to food preferences and excursions...she booked everything from flight to resort and the transportation in between. The resort we had was absolutely amazing!! It truly was everything we could possibly want in a vacation!! We were able to do so many amazing things & have so many great memories from there, it'd take me days just list them all. If you want someone to ease the stress of vacations or know someone who does, I'd highly highly recommend you talk to Kimberly!!

I've never used a travel agent before now but Kimberly has been everything I imagined a travel agent should be! Attentive, informative and excellent customer service. She never recommends anything she hasn't experienced herself or done extensive research on. Even when I was a needful client she went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered and concerns pacified. With only a 15 minute conversation she knew exactly what kind of experience I was looking for to celebrate a birthday just the way we wanted. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable Kimberly is your lady. I'm already looking into planning future trips with her! I'm planning on working with her as long as she's a travel agent.
