We recently worked with Nicki and wanted to share our experience. We hired her for a full wedding planning and design package and she was by far the best decision we could have made during our wedding planning process!

We were blown away by her extensive knowledge of local vendors. She knew all the best vendors in the area (and which were a great value for the price) - it was a huge win to have a team of vendors who were reliable and did their job so well.

Her intuition when it came to our design and creating a cohesive look was incredible. She really understood our vision and helped us bring it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. We went into the process not knowing what aesthetic we wanted, but Nicki was able to help guide us to a design that felt uniquely us.

We don't really know what else to say about Nicki besides stop your search now because with her you've already found the best wedding planner available! She somehow managed to finagle the perfect wedding while managing both our large and very opinionated families.

If you trust her to just run with things, she will pull it all off flawlessly. If you want to provide input on all things, she will also pull it off flawlessly.

She has a wealth of wine country contacts to pull from for both planned and last minute items. A few weeks before the wedding we decided we wanted boutonnieres for the grooms and small bouquets for the groomsladies. Nicki said "I've got a friend for that, NO PROBLEM!"

She's also just a delight as a human and fun to be around. Our families loved her as well. HIRE HER!

We absolutely loved working with Nicki as our planner! We got married at Ru's Farm on June 4th 2022 but booked Nicki as early as February 2021. It was seriously the best decision we could have made! I do events for a living and if I say to book Nicki than truly look no further. Nicki was organized, had amazing recommendations for every vendor, and knew our venue SO well. She not only was our planner but became a close friend through this entire process. If I ever had a question- she wouldn't hesitate to answer an email or jump on the phone and listen to my hundreds of questions or concerns along the way. To top it off, she also has an amazing design eye- something that I was really looking for in a planner. Our wedding was everything and more and a huge part of that was thanks to Nicki!

Nicki is a dream. She is patient, professional, hilarious, easy-going, and knows her sh*t. She made the process of throwing a backyard reception with 100+ people - which could have very easily and quickly gone awry - seem like the simplest task in the world, and somehow managed to transform our wonky space into an elegant, gorgeous wedding reception venue for the night. Our guests' jaws dropped when they arrived and stayed that way the entire evening - from the decor, to the timing, to the sweetest staff on the planet. Everything was absolutely perfect and if we could hire Nicki to just run our lives from here on out, we would. We would not hesitate to hire her again, for literally anything, and are trying to think up reasons to work with her again as soon as possible. Thank you, Nicki! We love you.

We LOVED working with Nicki to plan our wedding at a private estate this past summer! From the first call I had with her, I felt like Nicki totally understood the vibe and vision that I was going for. She felt like a friend I had known for years, which made planning way less stressful and actually really enjoyable. I really like that I could be totally 100% real with Nicki and she would give me the same realness. She came with a lot of awesome ideas (based on years of industry experience) but also was open to my ideas and helped me refine them and make them workable. She managed family dynamics with grace and was a trusted support while navigating all of the challenges that came with planning a Covid wedding. She has great vendor relationships too - everyone adores her and loves working with her. Added bonus - she also does amazing signage and it was really nice to have her be able to handle that too since she understood exactly what we wanted. Nicki even went above and beyond for us when a last minute, unexpected hitch happened right before our wedding. She totally handled it so that we could have a carefree wedding weekend. She's got a great design eye and you'll love working with her. Our wedding turned out more incredible than we had ever imagined!
