Kids always have fun. But do note that it's easy for kids to get hurt either by accident on the play equipment or from other kids being rough or rude. The climbing area is really big, so it's hard to supervise your kids. You'll constantly lose them. The administration price is good. The food cost is quite high. You will have to fill out a waiver form either online or before entering the play areas.

Came in right now at 8pm on a Saturday, website says it’s open till 10pm but we were told they are closing at 9pm. And the food and beverage area is closed down already, leaving everyone with only a water fountain… at a place where kids are running around and working up a sweat. When we asked why they’re closing early the staff said ā€œit’s up to the managers discretion based on the flow of traffic.ā€ The place isn’t packed but it also isn’t empty and regardless, this is a business is it not? To have the hours posted but not follow it is extremely poor business. You have paying customers coming in expecting one thing because that’s what the business advertises and then getting told something completely different. Then the parents are left with either paying full price for 45 minutes or having to disappoint and upset their kids and leave… all because the manager decided? So, on a random Wednesday when it’s completely dead at 2pm the manager can just decide to close? It’s a complete rip off. Joke of a business. I paid full price (covers 3 hours) for 45 minutes. As I’m typing this it’s 8:30pm and there’s groups of people coming in still and then leaving because they’re being told it’s closing early due to ā€œlack of trafficā€ lol. Such a joke. Here’s a pic of the 3rd big group we’ve seen come in since us at 8:36pm being told that this ā€œbusinessā€ is closing early. Talked to the manager who gave no care and explained that if they have a slow period in the earlier part of the day that they can then decide to close down early even if the later part of the day/night is busy. So, you’re going to turn away hundreds of dollars in the evening because you were slow during the day? Make it make sense. They obviously don’t value their customers, policy, or business.

My very first time choosing No Surrender for my son’s birthday celebration & I must say it was so much more than I expected. Our hosts were absolutely amazing. They both truly went above and beyond to accommodate our very large party.
I didn’t have to worry about hosting, they took care of it ALL.
Very pleased and as a result will be booking again in the future.
Thank you ladies!

I showed up at 8PM, the website shows they close at 10PM on the weekend. I was told by the worker they were closing at 9PM tonight. I decided to stay because my son was already excited to play. They charged me FULL PRICE even though they were closing an hour early so our time was cut in more than half. After paying full price for ONE hour, we learned not only did they charge full price for less than half the time, they closed the kitchen and the bar so we were unable to buy any kind of food or drinks. When we asked why they were closing earlier than stated on their actual website, they explained ā€œit’s manager discretion, he wanted to close early because of the ā€˜flow of trafficā€™ā€. Personally, I think that’s total bullshit. This place isn’t slow to say the least, it is actually pretty busy. Their website states very specific hours of operation closing at 10PM. You have an obligation to stay open during YOUR business hours regardless of ā€œflow of trafficā€. Paying full price($28) for my son to play for ONE HOUR while $28 is supposed to get you THREE HOURS, all because the manager wanted to leave early is absolutely absurd.
I have always been a huge fan of No Surrender, and now I will not be returning because of the horrible customer service.
Updated review: it is not 8:40. We spoke to the manager and she had absolutely nothing to say other than because of the flow of traffic they can choose to close an hour early if they want and still make us pay full price.
We also noticed they have zero attendants anywhere in the vicinity. And there was a line almost out the door that we’re leaving because the fact they were closing early for no reason.

I came here for a Bday party for a family friend. The Birthday party package was really well put together and the staff was super helpful moving things along. Definitely a consideration over throwing a bday party at home! All the kids were happy and tired at the end and that's perfect!

This was my very first time visiting.

Having a 4 year old, I only spent time at then Adventure Course section for toddlers and younger kids. I will say it’s a lot larger than what you think! With three levels, I felt like Alice in Wonderland … a maze trying to find my kid! LOL It is a workout for parents. Some parent watch but the signs say a parent must be present so … it’s a workout!

The facility was super clean. However we came during the week when they first opened.

Honestly a maze like this would be fun for adults too! Maybe after hours with lights dimmed.

The staff is super friendly. We were starving after an hour of constant play. Dining in is expensive as with a typical amusement park.

However, the food would bring this place down. I spent $61 for 5 … typical overpriced amusement park food. Buy EVERY entree was either wrong or horrible. I felt bad for the woman (Claudia). She was super nice and apologetic. It sounded like the mishaps weren’t her fault as the cook messed up on cooking what she noted on the receipt.

1. Kids meal - slider and fries: the bread hard and the meat was overcooked. Pretty much charred hockey pucks that were inedible. My son didn’t touch them.
2. Kids meal - grilled cheese and tater tots: the tater tots were good but the grilled cheese was on the hardest, untoasted bread. The cheese wasn’t even melted!
3. Ultimate loaded fries: they got this wrong. Asked for no onion and no mushrooms. Came full of both and had to be made again.
4. Buffalo Chicken fries: came last. Cut tip chicken tenders were so hard it bent the fork (see picture).
5. No nacho sauce in stock.
6. Was told no ranch for the kid meals or my buffalo fries. Luckily Claudia found some.

I felt really bad for her because she could tell it was all wrong. She had to remake a lot of food but honestly it should’ve been refunded. I would stick with pizza if I return and dine in.

Cool thing is they have beer, wine and mixed drinks for adults.

My experience at the facility was excellent. But the food was inedible which is sad because it’s a very nice place. But the food is as the worst ever.

Customer service (front desk and Claudia) were awesome.

4 stars because of the employee MIGUEL. MIGUEL went above and beyond and I appreciate his patience and compassion. He helped make my son's birthday experience and memory a wonderful one for my child and myself. I would have said 2 ⭐ 's because no tickets came out of the machines today APRIL 5TH in the evening. And after swiping the INJUSTICE ARCADE GAME, the machine failed and my child didn't get the play. The OMNI ARENA is definitely the STAR in this building as well as THE HALO TWO PLAYER ARCADE GAME: 10 CREDITS PER PERSON. Besides the misinformation with the OMNI ARENA, employees stating that the entire PLAY would last 20 minutes, the manager IVAN tried to make up for this by adding a 7 dollar credit to my son's arcade time. Good attitudes always with PARENTS over and I hope this place can train their staff on this. The OMNI ARENA is actually 8-12 minutes to EXPERIENCE & PLAY for $10.
