Fantastic white water rafting with my daughters today. The NOC-Chattooga crew (Paul and staff) were very professional and passionate about rafting and the customer experience. Standout was our guide Stewart! She was very knowledgeable about the river, the area and great at directing and coaching. The lunch spread by the river was fantastic! Definitely recommend and definitely a do-over!

Our trip on Section III of the STUNNINGLY beautiful Chattooga River today was the highlight of our trip to the area. All of the staff and guides were very friendly and our guide Eloise was really fantastic. She was very engaging with my twin 10-year-olds and made the day special for them. They are now hooked on whitewater trips because of the fun they had. The Trip Leader, Paula, was also very friendly, professional, and experienced with 15 years on the river. She seemed very respected by the younger guides and ran a great trip. We did not expect all of the in-water time and games they set up (troll bridge, swimming through rapids, etc.). The boys were thrilled by those extra activities. Our group of three had our own awesome guide and a boat to ourselves. The equipment was in good shape, lunch was tasty, there was an emphasis on safety without sacrificing fun, and the whole operation just left a good impression. We WILL be back. Of note: 4 of the 5 guides and the bus driver were female, and NOC has a great group of young ladies representing them at their Chattooga Outpost.

Absolutely awesome trip !! All the staff beginning to end was top notch ! Serious whitewater and the skill of all the guides was superior . The safety skills were impressive . The scenery was spectacular and the river never disappoints! Everyone you met whether it was check in staff to paddling crew was upbeat and excited to make our experience wonderful !

Our Scout Troop did this over the weekend and it was truly amazing. From booking the trip (HEART Diane) to leaving was fantastic. The river was really low but it actually made the trip more interesting because it was a more technical ride. The swimming spots are truly spectacular. We did the lunch option and the girls thought it was the best lunch ever. I was also impressed. The guides were awesome - skilled and fun. Even the facilities are very nice. I do not have enough words in my vocabulary to express just how phenomenal this was. Rafting will never be the same.

Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC), located in Long Creek, South Carolina, was an absolute pleasure. Our guide. Paula, was amazing. She knew the river and coached our team well. She filled us in in with many facts about the river, as well l as history of the area. The trip was fun and adventurous. We really enjoyed the entire experience. Highly recommended +

by far the best outfitters in the mountains. I have now utilize them in three different areas! chatuga was my favorite run, but the Gatlinburg pigeon was exciting to especially considering the amount of rain we had. I would highly recommend NOC to anyone and everyone who wants to go whitewater rafting in the southeast. they are unparalleled

The NOC Chattooga team was amazing! We were lucky enough to be in the guide lead boat with Kyle and he not only made my family feel comfortable but had us laughing all day! Plus the lunch was amazing. The whole team on the Chattooga was on point, they were all very professional and you could tell were all about the safety of the clients. It was always a team effort.
