After getting an email from US Coachways that said our bus was canceled, full blown panic mode ensued. It was a week before our wedding and that was the transportation to and from our wedding for all of our guests. Even though our US Coachways contract was being re-routed to US Coachways (a second email would clarify this later the same day), Robert was great at managing our concern and handled it just fine.

Also, we decided to end the party an hour early (it was a long day with an hour long bus ride each way), and the driver was easy to work with! Thank you so much for making the transportation so low on my concern list!
