This is a wonderful company to do business with. They were so nice and so professional from the first phone call to the end.
I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to do business with them. They cleaned the hood exhaust system and pumped the grease trap at our restaurant, carefully parking in such a way that traffic could easily get by them despite parklets up and down the street taking up much of the street. Everything was seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The hoods were cleaned well. However the rest of the kitchen was quite a mess. Had to clean every surface within 10 feet of the hoods as well as mop up the dirty water behind the ovens. Also two of the light bulbs in the hoods were trashed as they were completely filled with dirty water. Has been a while since we used your service but the price increase plus the quality of the cleaning did not equal out to be a fair trade.

I use AlLStarz Septic (a branch of the restaurant company) for home septic maintenance and pumping. They have been awesome both times I needed them in emergency (main line block) and routine service/pumping.
They have an after hours answering service so your call is valued and messages relayed.
Office and field staff are super personable and professional.
They work with you to get the service you need without spending extra money on things you don’t.
They educate you on problem prevention and how to best care for your systems so you don’t need to call them for things you can do yourself.

Nothing like having plumbing issues on a holiday weekend! The pump for our holding tank, which holds the waste for our home until it is pumped up to the city sewer line, went out the evening before Thanksgiving. We called their Emergency Line, and they were able to come out on Friday, pump the tank and diagnose the problem. Although they were not able to get the proper part until Monday, they came back once more over the weekend to pump out the tank. (because were had guests on Friday) As promised they got the new pump installed on Monday, and all is well! We worked with Kenny, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope we don't need them again, but we would highly recommend them to anyone who might be in need of their services!

I have worked with this company to clean my hoods and pump my grease interceptor for about 6 years. They recycle my cooking oil free of charge. My experience with their team has always been amazing. I put a key on file with them so that I do not even have to worry about hiring someone to stay late or get to the restaurant early to let them in. They set up all of my services recurring, which makes it so effortless. I almost forget about it. And trust me, this is major with so many other things on my mind in running my restaurant. I love this company, and appreciate how much easier they have made my life.

About a year ago, I found myself in over my head with the endless upkeep in my commercial kitchen. I am a caterer and spend long hours in the kitchen. I have not missed a single appointment over the past year. They’re local and set me up on automatic monthly visits. They send me before and after photos, and give me reports on my grease trap levels, so I can concentrate on running my business without living in fear about another citation or getting my kitchen shut down.
