Kari was awesome to work with and the site could not be in a better spot. We had so much fun hanging out so close to the stadium (literally RIGHT next to it). We parked, set up some fun decorations and enjoyed the atmosphere. There was access to a nearby toilet (SO important at a tailgate) and a great awning. We were provided with table and Chairs but we really didn’t use the chairs. Zingermańs Roadhouse catered and the food was yummy, it was delivered on time and the young man who set it up for us was fantastic. 10/10 highly recommend!

We just had the pleasure of tailgating at the Arbor Yard, part of the North End Zone in Ann Arbor. They made it so easy for us - set up the tent; had two tables ready and chairs. The location was AMAZING! We loved being right in the action with everyone walking to the stadium. And we could not have been closer - such a perfect day! Thank you again - We will be renting again next year. Go Blue! 💙💛

What a great tailgate space! So close to the stadium, and the gridiron garden was perfect for our group of 27 people (half kids). They had space to play, while adults had space to sit, eat, and drink. Kari and her father were very accommodating, and the proceeds even go towards a charity!

Hosted my husband’s 40th birthday party at the Gridiron Garden space before the USC game. We had an amazing experience. Kari made everything so seamless and easy. My guests loved the cozy shaded area and the proximity to the stadium. Would definitely recommend to others for a festive celebration or just a fun game day.

Perfect spot for our department tailgate ! We have used the North End Zone for many years because of the proximity to the stadium (right next door!) and the comfortable, large space. The heated cottage at the back of the property with a large screen offers a nice, clean bathroom and refuge on cold days. Kari and the crew at Zingerman's make organizing the event so easy that I cannot recommend this space enough.

Great venue for tailgate. Shaded area so not too hot, indoor toilets, televisions for pregame shows. Really nice set up for visiting team or alumni groups.

Have been to several amazing tailgates here and the amenities are everything you need. Great people to work with, beautiful venue, so close to the stadium. Big screen, cozy fireplace, bathrooms, outdoor and indoor hangout areas! Booking a tailgate here will allow you to be prepared for whatever the weather!

Great place to tailgate before, during and after a U of M football game! Awesome atmosphere within steps of the stadium, and has actual bathrooms as well as dry and warm hangout spots for those wet and cold later season games!
