The best BMV I’ve ever visited! The lady who helped me for my license is thoughtful, efficient, respectful and attention to detail! The whole facility is well organized. The entire process only took around half an hour. Will always visit this location in the future.

Long time customer of this Bureau, have always had great experiences and have had nothing but great things to say, however my last visit was not so great. Needing only stickers, the representative was rather rude regarding the "lateness" of my visit for my tags on a secondary vehicle and was about a month late due to needing an e-check. I was asked "what happened, why are these late" which I felt was not appropriate to inquire regardless of the reason. Personal matters shouldn't have an effect on why or when someone has the time to re-register a vehicle. Was charged a $10.00 late fee for the tags and the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth for this location. Next year I will be reconsidering where I renew my plates for my three vehicles.

It was an alright place to go to. They’re extremely quick, efficient and will literally have you in and out in 5 minutes or less if you have all your paperwork ready. They did make some unnecessary statements that came off very rude because I was asking for some clarification on how to fill out some paperwork. They just seemed tired of it all and seemed so negative. I’d still come back though. Their talk is poor but what matters is that their action is good, they do their job and get you in and out. Rather have poor talk with good action then good talk and terrible service.The title bureau next door is great, never had any issues with them.

Fairly average BMV; the staff is usually pleasant, although you'll occasionally get a bad mood. They move through customers pretty quickly, so even if it looks busy you likely won't be there too long. Easy enough to take of anything license, fingerprinting, testing, titling, etc related done here.
