Tony, the owner at Northland Auto and Marine, graciously arranged for me to look over the advertised truck in person, on a weekend, for more than three hours. This Escalade ESV was their shop truck, and it was probably the cleanest and most well maintained used vehicle I’ve seen in my 50 years of buying cars. In fact, everything in their shop was clean and sorted. The truck was exactly as advertised. I’m a pretty detailed mechanical engineer, and I came prepared with an IR camera to check cats and discs, a code reader to check diagnostics plus a list of other things to check. Tony graciously lifted the truck on a two post lift, which allowed us to check suspension. We traveled 4-1/2 hours round trip to take a look at this vehicle knowing it was advertised above book price; it was worth it, which is saying a lot because I’m frugal. Tony made the title transfer paperwork easy, and we drove away title in hand.

Northland’s ad in the paper is colorful, good-sized, easy to read and informative. Experience at the Northland store was excellent. Tony was very knowledgeable of the golf carts that he has to sell. He offered information about the golf carts, as well as answered all of our questions. Tony never rushed us and was willing to take the time that we wanted to look at the golf carts that he had up for sale. He worked very hard to give us a fair trade for our golf cart. Tony was also very willing to change accessories around to build the golf cart that we chose. It is easy to see that Tony wants to satisfy his customers and takes pride in his business. I would highly recommend anybody to call and visit with Tony about the golf carts, ATVs, boats that he has to offer for sale. Good job! Well done!
