My room was very cold, even with the heat as high as it would go.
The location isn't great because there aren't any nearby restaurants, and I can't recommend the hotel restaurant. When I ate there, they were playing full volume smooth jazz concurrently with full volume fox news. The food seemed to be something that was frozen and reheated rather than cooked fresh.
That said, it's nice to stay somewhere that isn't one of the big chains.

One of the best stays i’ve ever had! We were driving through from Maine to PA and hit a storm and had to stop and book it past 12am and we called and the guy who answered was Mike and told us to just come in and they’d give us a room. Super friendly and relaxed environment. Very safe neighborhood. And cheap! Room felt super cozy and everything was easy! Would 100% stay again if passing through.

The Norwalk Inn. did an amazing job with our corporate event this past weekend! The team was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any event! ask for Debbie, the event coordinator. she is amazing!
I also loved my room! it was a great experience altogether!

The Norwalk Inn is consistently an excellent stay. Extremely professional and friendly, helpful staff. There is a positive environment to this place. The Inn has high quality decor and always ‘European style’ clean with comfortable beds for a great night sleep. There is 24 concierge and free parking in front of the hotel. Great for a solo traveler, couples and families. This time we were there over a cold December day and it was warm and welcoming inside. A nice stay any time of year as we visit family in all seasons.

Norwalk Inn stands out for its impeccable service and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, I noticed how well-maintained the entire property was. My room smelled fresh and looked spotless, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the thoughtful touches like extra blankets and a coffee maker in the room. The dining options were great, and room service was prompt. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Norwalk.

What an awesome venue for a birthday celebration. The Norwalk Inn was nothing short of Amazing. My Father’s 75th birthday celebration was awesome. Ms. Debbie was a great communicator and helped us throughout the entire planning process. She took my worded vision and made it a reality. Great job. Mr. Augustin was amazing with the set up of the hall, he and the team of servers made sure the evening ran smoothly. All of our guests enjoyed themselves and everyone was raving about how delicious the food was. Thank you for making our evening so special and memorable for all of us!!

Traveling with kids can be challenging, but Norwalk Inn made it easy for us. The room was large enough for our family of four, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, providing us with extra pillows and towels promptly. My children loved the outdoor pool, and my spouse and I enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard. Breakfast was a hit with the whole family, offering a variety of options from pancakes to fresh fruit. The location was close to the beach and parks, which made our trip even better. I’d recommend this hotel to families looking for comfort and convenience.

Room was incredibly dark and outdated. Bedside lamps didn’t work so only light was bright desk light or main light with switches across the room. Bathroom was fine but again, very outdated.

Only had breakfast once and it wasn’t good. Felt like reheated frozen food. It was meant to be avocado on toast. Server didn’t raise a single smile.

Have to get uber everywhere as it’s a weird location. Won’t return, sorry
