I have tried to give the benefit of a doubt with this company. The more I hear about the help you can get from them, the lesser the help I’m getting. I’ve been trying to work with them for these past two years and sadly, I’m disappointed. The help I have applied for was always giving me a run around. I wish I could say I would refer anyone to them for assistance but I have no confidence.

Avoid at all costs. For an organization that should be advocating for those in need, they conduct a poor job. No matter the phone calls or emails sent. You’ll not receive a call back and forever be stuck in limbo.

Submitted paperwork at the front desk before the due date. received help last year. now also e-mailed the paperwork. had a 1:00 pm interview. Surprise no phone call. I am a terminal patient, but they already knew that. Hopefully i don't croak before they call back

Was placed into Traditions on Reeder Road in Philipsburg under the guise it was a mental health residential program/facility. "There's transportation (lie, transportation is a out of pocket service), you'll see a doctor (lie, had to set up my own services), there's a nurse on site (once in a while), no one will bother you cause they're all elderly...cone to find out it's cause it's a senior living for dementia & I'm in my 30's. Boy, was I duped & lied to & my social worker didn't check. The flies are horrible cause the dumpster is changed once a week. The rates are highway robbery; $2300 for a shared room, $4000 for a single. Let alone if you come in & can't afford that they try to take every penny. Avoid this place, the upper management/Rhodora should be ashamed. When tge final staff are there the food is great when they're not, cold sandwiches & processed foods unless it's a weekend. The meds were sometimes wrong. Uncleaned, curtain rods not hung but balanced on old curtain brackets. Tiles coming up, mismatched tiles, rooms with tiles, sone with laminate. Unsteady folks falling from poorly arranged rooms. No wifi, no cable but for 1 tv. Way out away from everything, 8 miles from town. The place is falling apart.

They have had our reapplication for the USF for over three months. (EDITED: It's been one year and we never heard back. I finally gave up.)
It's been sitting there since November 4. Nobody has bothered to process it and every time I write I get the same answer. "It has been received and we will process it soon." If you write again you never get an answer. I've used the "contact us" button on the website and never gotten a response, ever. So it's been over three months since we submitted it and we still can't get an answer as to what is going on. Why don't they send the reapplications six months in advance if this is what it's like? It was like this in years prior but never this bad and never this unresponsive. 🙁

Energy Assistance Program:

poor customer care (since no one’s never bothered to answer the phone, like ever.) not really surprised since most aid programs seem to have that narrative.
I’ve been emailing, and calling for a while since November, got ahold of this particular office just once and that was way back in September. I spent many times pressing “1” every 2 minutes since they have such “high call volume”. Lack of response is so mind boggling, like are there people in this department?

Also these office hours do not seem correct, the machine hangs up right when it turns 4pm and when you call back all you get from the operator is “Our business hours are Mon-Fri..”” and you know the rest.
Disappointing.
