This place is absolutely disgusting. I worked a 12 hour shift here through agency, and I will never be back. I cannot believe this place is open and able to house ppl. On a good note the nurses were amazing, and the residents were very sweet! Just wish they didnt have to live like that.

This place is disgusting!!! The halls are dirty the rooms are dirty the beds look like prison cell bunks! It’s absolutely terrible. Please don’t place your loved ones here. It’s honestly sad to see how many elderly people are actually in this facility it needs to be torn down

Norwood Towers is under an impressive new management team! All of which are very knowledgeable, dedicated, and compassionate professionals. Norwood has been under renovations and is close to the final stretch. The building looks remarkable! Walking through the entrance you will find friendly and welcoming staff , along with residents smiling and socializing. The fun atmosphere is warm and inviting. Norwood is a wonderful place to live and a great place for employment. The suites are beautiful and the dining room is stunning.

My mother received excellent care at Norwood Towers! The staff is wonderful, so caring and compassionate. If we had a guestion or a concern it was addressed immediately. After working with therapy, nursing staff and the rest of her care team, she successfully returned home. We are grateful for the care and team members that made that possible! Thank you!

The real review is how the patient is treated and how care is given . Not much at all .patients left along and wet for long periods of time.

My mom (98yr old) is at Norwood Towers since may 2023.
I am so happy, the staff is wonderful & treats my mom like Family. 💕 Thanks to everyone at Norwood Towers they've gone above & beyond for my Mom.. they actually have my mom spoiled. one last note.***

This place is beyond disgusting! You can tell with facilities how residents are treated based on if they have money or not. It’s sad! This place is infested with roaches and some were even crawling on the residents bed. If you’re OCD like me then this will have you sitting like a statue not wanting to touch nothing. It’s apparent that administration could care less, it’s all about a coin. The main concern should be a sanitary place for residents to live as well as their safety. The rooms are nasty, there are no lights inside of the linen or storage closets so you have to use the light on your cell phone. You are assigned to many ppl with some weighing 400+ pounds that take 3 ppl to help. I was also told by staff that crack pipes were found in the facility from residents. I mean what in the world? It’s just overall a mess and I knew after that 1 time I WOULD NEVER RETURN AGAIN. I wouldn’t put a dog in this place. Do BETTER & focus on truly doing what’s best for the residents. Good day!

If you are agency watch out for this facility especially if you need your days and money! They will get your account locked/restricted so fast!!! My account is locked out because of two residents on separate days. One was sent to the hospital which I’m use to the nurse marking them unavailable afterward so I didn’t complete his charting unaware of him not being marked. Then another lady all her charting was complete but I forget to click over to the next page to complete a couple things on her charting left. Both were charted for but both were incompleted by error. I am unable to see shifts available, book any shifts, or anything until I return to mark a resident unavailable and finish a few boxes for another. This is very frustrating to me who planned on working tomorrow and needed the money to pay bills. Please beware!!!! I will not be returning cause I can’t even play those type of games on no time.
