A place where nothing moves ahead before your expectations are not met. It was my 2nd time booking with Nova travels and must say that they ensure complete satisfaction of the client before booking . Monika has been handling my booking since the first experience and must say she exactly understands the requirement of her client . A very polite and Professional women who will ensure that you close the trip with her only speaks a lot about the core value of the organisation. Each minute details of the trip is discussed. I had changed my destination 5 times because it was my first anniversary and wanted it to be special and Monika’s suggestion just kept the ball rolling until we finally booked Hilton Goa . Went for a trip to Gujarat through them they absolutely scammed us in every aspect. The traveler was dirty and uncomfortable. The bookings for the safari and other places were extremely inconvenient and useless. The timings were way off. The whole trip had become a huge Hassle. When we tried to contact them they hardly picked up our calls. Horrible experience. Don't give them a chance.

Very poor management. Their bookings were useless and overpriced. They will only respond to you and heckle you for the payments before the trip. After it they completly disappear. Very poor services. Our whole journey was uncomfortable
