We thoroughly enjoyed our fishing trip with Oasis Charters. Captain Skyler was great at telling us what to look for, how to handle the whole fishing experience. He was helpful, friendly, and a joy to be with in the cold and rainy weather. We were able to have our grandchildren (ages 4 and 7) join us, which is not offered on many fishing charters. Even though we didn't catch any Halibut, we caught a shark and rock fish (both were let go) and saw a whale breaching for a good hour during the trip. We also had a bald eagle hang around our boat for most of the tour. I highly recommend Oasis Alaska Charters for their professionalism and friendly employees. They also offered shuttle service from our ship's dock location (Ward Cove) to the boat and back. Everything was great--except don't bring bananas on the boat! (😉)

We spent 3 days with Josh fishing for Salmon and Halibut. What an awesome experience. Wouldn’t change a single thing and would definitely book with Oasis again. I know fishing can be hit or miss but when other boats came into the dock with little to no fish, we came in with a boatload (literally). 3 days and over 300 lbs of fish after processing. Couldn’t be happier!

We had a memorable fishing charter with Oasis. We had a short time frame to fish due to our cruise ship’s short port schedule. Mark & Joann were able to pick us up an hour earlier to allow us the optimal fishing time. The weather was windy & the water rougher than expected, but our charter captain, Drew, was fantastic. He made several adjustments in location which allowed us opportunities to catch fish. We did catch fish & one was a really nice 12 lb King Salmon ~28”. We were 2 days early for the season, so, maybe the next time we will have a keeper. Thank you Oasis Fishing Charters for a fun day of fishing!

We had an amazing trip with our captain , He was very nice and professional ; He made our Day , the only thing We would have liked , for our pickup , the representative tour to look for me and my group (as other representative tours do with their signs) , instead She was out in the garage inside the car , left us with other group , and came back one hour after for our pick up.
We were on time , had our tour booked time ago, a private tour , and had limited time because We were on a cruise.
We did not like that , We were with our 3 and 5 year old kids , and did not received clear instructions in advance.
Had no cell phones working.

Other than that , captain was amazing and we all had fun .

These guys were awesome! We did a 6 hour charter on our cruise stop. Joanne picked us up right on time and couldn’t have been nicer. We had a group of 8 and fished with Drew and Murray. Most of our group was inexperienced with fishing, but the guides did a great job getting us on the fish and helping everyone out. Drew was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make our day successful. They got us back in time to catch our shuttle back to the cruise port and made it right on time. Can’t wait to come back and fish with them again!

We are home from our trip, and Oasis was the best! Captain Hunter was so great with our family of six. He was knowledgeable and fun. We were picked up from our cruise ship dock. Forget crowds and waiting! A private charter with Oasis is the way to go! The owner’s wife was our driver and she was so sweet and helpful - such fun info about her city for the drive. We wanted something more private after being on a cruise ship for a few days - and wanted to fish for Halibut in Alaska! It was a bucket list check-off for us! Thanks Hunter and Oasis Charters!

We had a great time fishing with these guys! I had never been to Alaska, nor had I been salmon fishing. The captains were super welcoming and more than happy to share their knowledge with us. They kept us on the fish both days and made sure we had a great time.

Our group enjoyed the salmon fishing charter! We had 12 people for 2 fishing boats. Joanne was great to work with to set up the tour & the shuttle. Joanne picked us up from the pier- so easy to find her! After our fishing trip, she drove us around town to find a restaurant without a long line!
Hunter was the guide for our boat. He worked hard to make sure we had a great experience! We caught our limit of pink salmon! Our group had so much fun! This tour was definitely a highlight of our trip to Alaska!
